Awesome cottage and location!

The cottage was so cute and had everything we needed. It's been nicely renovated and some of the original touches were kept, like the curved ceiling, built-ins, and skylights, which I love. Communication was fantastic and we had a little hiccup getting the front door keypad to work, but the Long Beach Grand Welcome folks resolved it quickly. It was great to go out the door and have a quick walk to either the beach or the bay. Highly recommend!

Such a beautiful spot!

Lucked our way into staying at this gem prior to leaving for our cruise. The neighborhood is very quiet, the house is beautiful and you can hear the ocean right outside the front door. It’s a super easy couple of steps to get to the beach. Property managers are highly communicative and welcoming. The house is beautifully maintained and has all the things you may need to enjoy your stay. This is a more residential area with grocery stores and activities within easy distance. Parking can be a bit tricky on the street since it fills up fast but wasn’t an issue as we ubered to most places and that was reasonably priced also. I’m only sad we weren’t here longer.

BEACH Cottage

I was traveling solo for R&R and it's exactly what I got. The area was very quiet and I felt very safe and the house was situated Between the Ocean and the bay. The house was lovely and very clean and well organized and I hope I can return.

Great Beach getaway

This adorable home was footsteps from the beach and board walk. We had the beach to ourselves on a Friday morning. The house comes well equipped with beach items. We will totally book again.

Lovely Coastal Vibe and beach access

The cottage was lovely, exactly as pictured. It included a well-stocked kitchen, charming living room, and cozy beds. The neighborhood was charming. We enjoyed the Vibes Cafe on 62nd PL, the restaurants on 2nd Street, and the Creama Cafe and shopping in Seal Beach. The close proximity of Vibes Cafe and 2nd Street made it easy to get around without a car. Our walks along the beach and being able to hear the sounds of the surf from inside the cottage enhanced our trip to see family. We would love to stay again and have already recommended the cottage to other family members. Thank you for having us.

Perfect beach vacation!

We loved being so close to the ocean as well as the bay. There is a wonderful boardwalk 1/2 block away to walk by the ocean. The cottage is lovely, very clean and comfortable for 6 adults! We loved having a double kayak to use and the beach chairs and umbrellas were great. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and there were even some condiments in the frig. There is a Trader Joes and a Whole Foods close by for groceries. Shawn answered texts very promptly too!

This place is simply fantastic.

This house checks off everything we were looking for... Clean, Dog friendly, Steps to the beach, Toys and games for the little one, Kayaks, Stand Up Paddleboard, laundry, etc. We fully enjoyed our stay and would come back in a heartbeat.

Family Vacation

Enjoyed a week with our whole family. The cottage was very comfortable and accommodating. Only issue is parking, but using the garage helped because we had two vehicles.

needed time to destress

The pictures are very accurate. We were very pleasantly surprised when we walked in, it's just as cute as the pictures show. And as others said, it felt very clean. The cottage is very well stocked with a lot of kitchen supplies, a lot of towels and blankets. It seems like it would be great for families with small kids. The garage is stocked with beach chairs, a couple coolers, life vests. We used the kayak a couple times and it is very easy to pull it across the street to the bay.

Wonderful tranquil setting

Our stay was wonderful - we enjoyed daily walks on the beach and it was so convenient to shopping and restaurants. The property had everything we needed and was just the right amount of space for us. The sunsets were amazing while the ocean breeze and crashing waves kept us in a perpetual state of calm that we so desperately needed. The property managers were great at communicating and met us as we checked in to make sure everything was ready for us.
