Residence located on the bottom of the village in a very quiet area (feeling of tranquility without the fear of isolation).
Restanque garden with fruit trees and large centenary trees. Large shaded table for meals. Barbecue. Swimming pool 8m / 5m depth 1. 50M. with deckchairs and parasols.
Garage for 2 cars.
Shaded terrace on the 1st floor with garden furniture.
Very large kitchen with dining tables and chairs as well as an indoor barbecue carved out of stone. Large dining room with large fireplace that can be used to cook large pieces of meat.
2 large living rooms on the 1st floor;
1 library lounge, 1 TV lounge (120 cm flat screen)
On the 2nd floor 2 large bedrooms including a master suite with bathroom,
and an Italian bathroom.
On the 3rd floor large bedroom in the attic with Italian bathroom and sink
