Great Place to Base Yourself

Do you family staying in Sorrento that you love to see – but don’t want to sleepover? Well, we have the property for you!
Do you have a wedding to attend at The Baths – Sorrento? Only 400 metres down the road. Leave the car and walk!
Very cute two bedroom downstairs apartment with open plan living dining area – no kitchen, however, has a microwave, toaster, kettle – enough for a cuppa and toast in the morning or stroll down to the wonderful cafes that line Ocean Beach Road – only 500 metres away.
Use of the large rear yard with outdoor setting, sun lounges and umbrella. Bathroom has vanity, shower and toilet. Parking for two cars in driveway.
Wineries are abundant on the Mornington Peninsula and a short 15 minute drive up into the hills will get you to some of the finest restaurants and wineries on offer. Boating, fishing and all the beach has to offer is a very short stroll away. Situated on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula, with everything at your doorstep - wineries, beaches, spas, tourist attractions.

Linen and towels are provided, BYO beach towels.

Strictly no parties, functions, events or Schoolies

Guests are responsible for the cleaning of the BBQ, if it does require cleaning there will be a fifty dollar charge deducted from your bond.

Location is perfect for walking to town and waterfront

Very handy property. Covered the bases for what we needed. Very low stud so wouldn’t stay here if you are over 6foot 3inches. My son felt a little claustrophobic. But relative to the cost of other accomadation in the centre of Sorrento I guess this was good value. Although still not cheap for what it is.

Great place to base yourself but

The kitchen was a little disappointing. Needs a toaster, a least 1 sharp knife, tissues or paper towel or napkins. A hairdryer would be good too. There is a little noise from upstairs of people walking around. No cleaning products to clean up before leaving like a broom.
