We had a wonderful stay in the little yellow house. It was spacious for a family of four and a dog. The location was great, close to restaurants and shops. We enjoyed daily walks around the neighborhood.

Easy stay

Staying here is just plain easy. We visit Pensacola every year and love the convenience of Gulf Breeze. The house was clean and spacious. Some essentials to get you started. Would recommend and stay again!

The host was very responsive and communicative, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the property itself has a long list of issues that were not addressed during my stay. To name just a few: the freezer is rusted, the water dispenser doesn’t work, the dishwasher needed replacement (with conflicting information between host and maintenance), and there was a strong gas smell in the washroom. The floors were dirty, the sofas are so old that the plush is coming out and sinking in, and the beds—stained and with deep sinkholes—were the biggest concern. I ended up sleeping on an air mattress in the living room.Other problems included a ceiling fan upstairs that looked ready to fall, a countertop split from the oven, and overall furnishings that are far past their usable life. It’s clear this is an older house that requires major updating. With investment and care, it could become a fantastic rental property, but as it stands, it needs significant work.

Property was clean and appeared as advertised. Nice neighborhood and close to everything. Check in was a breeze and any questions asked were promptly answered. Would definitely stay here again. We had 5 adults and 4 kids and there was room for everyone.

Our stay was wonderful, the house was clean and neat. The house is located in a beautiful neighborhood, safe for kids to play out front In drive way or in the backyard. The house had everything we needed while we were there. I would Definitely stay again. Stores and restaurants are close by aswell... Definitely a great place. We loved it

Charming house

House was exactly as advertised. Easy to access. Not far from restaurants, grocery store, etc. only about 25-30 from NAS Pensacola. Would stay again if we are able to come visit before graduation. Loved the fenced in back yard and patio.
