The 2 BR, 2.5 BA villa seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor living, with numerous gateways to destinations for dining, reading and sunning or quiet contemplation. The spacious Great Room with an entertainment center, vaulted ceilings, large windows and convenient powder room, opens to the pool, patio and covered porch via four sets of double French doors. The springy lawn welcomes bare feet and features four comfortable vintage French loungers perfect for sunsets and star-gazing. Steps away are beautifully landscaped private grounds with furnished sea-view areas to enjoy sun or shade, including a seaside BBQ/dining spot.

Each of the 3 air-conditioned bedrooms (two seaside) has an ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet. The lower seaside suite has direct pool access via a furnished covered porch. The upper seaside suite has a furnished private balcony. Adjoining the seaside suites is the double-deck gazebo with private seating and 180⁰ views.
