- Pets allowed - Must pay the $25/night per pet fee and sign the pet agreement. Failure to do so will result in a fine in addition to the fees in place.

- City and state taxes, in addition to cleaning fee and Standard Property Damage Protection Policy, will be added to all reservation fees
