Riana Moorings 20 - Stylish Waterfront Apartment

This lovely apartment features two bedrooms main bedroom with queen size bed, 2nd bedroom with a double/single bunk bed and a single bed, built in robes and air conditioning in both bedrooms, bathroom with a shower & huge bath, separate toilet, fully equipped stylish kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, combined air conditioned lounge/dining area, in ground pool in the complex, 2 balconies with outdoor settings, one over looking the pool and canals and the other overlooking the lush landscaped gardens, perfect for that morning coffee or outdoor dining, internal laundry with washing machine and dryer. Security parking for one vehicle and plenty of street parking. The apartment is on the 1st floor and is accessible by stairs.

The apartment complex includes a jetty and mooring facilities and is just a short walk to Stuart's Park sporting facilities that has bike tracks, BBQ areas, basketball courts, cricket pitches, tennis court's and a playground. Around the complex there is a Rowing Club, with a BBQ area, a Pony club and much more. Settlement City shopping centre is only a 5 minute drive away and the apartment is close by to cafes, restaurants, bowling alley, entertainment facilities, Port Macquarie Airport and Port Macquarie's beautiful beaches.

Local attractions include beaches, beautiful coastal walks, surfing, camel rides, horse riding, fishing, golf, The Glasshouse, Koala Hospital, movies, Sea Acres Reserve, whale watching, river cruises, jet boating, sea plane, sky diving, wineries, breweries, macadamia farm, Ricardo's tomatoes and strawberry picking, restaurants, cafes, bars, country drives, waterfalls, bush walking, bowling, day spas.......

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A lovely, stylishly renovated 1st floor apartment with plenty of space, next to the pool, and close to the water. It was very peaceful when we were there. Some maintenance is required however. There was an issue with the garage door (which is not located in the same building), so access was not easy. There is 1 flight of stairs to carry your luggage up, and you need to provide all linen including tea towels and hand towels. Everything else was provided including salt and pepper. I asked for a later check out time and they were happy to accommodate. Wiseberry staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay very much at this beautiful apartment. The apartment was very well-zoned, with bedrooms separate from living areas, which meant we could put the kids to bed and enjoy a movie! Our only regret was not being able to use the pool all week as tiling works were being done at the time.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I rented this property for some international business guests that I needed to accomodate for 5 nights. There was limited accommodation available in town due to an event that was on. The property is old and poorly maintained. It has limited and outdated furniture and kitchen equipment. It also had no bed linen so I needed to hire this from another local business.My guest only stayed there for 1 of the 5 nights that was paid for then I had to relocate them to another property. When I returned the keys I explained my dissatisfaction and was told that someone would call me on Monday to discuss the matter further and possibly look at refunding some of the costs.I never even received a courtesy call from anyone let alone a refund of some of the costs. Would not recommend to anyone.
