Copper view condo# 1 Snow River resort

Welcome to our home away from home in the Copper View Condos in Indian Village in Wakefield, Michigan. Our property is walking distance from snow Rivers main ski lodge, and slopes.

Unit size: Spacious 1200 square foot 3 bedroom/2 full bath condo: 2 bedrooms with queen beds, third bedroom with a full bed and twin bunk-beds, and decorative futon in the living room.

Well appointed kitchen. Tastefully decorated and very clean. Coffee pot, microwave, glass top electric stove, side by side refrigerator with ice maker, dishes, silverware, pots and pans, and utensils.

Amenities: First floor: Three bedrooms and full bath shower toilet sink, Lockable Ski locker, 4-5 person hot tub on front deck. Walk up to the second floor with an open concept living room and kitchen. The living room is adorned with a beautiful stone, gas fireplace, 50”Smart screen streaming TV, and full bathroom tub shower toilet vanity Upper Deck has a gas grill Rt off of the kitchen.

Back yard has a fire ring and chairs for you to relax in the evenings.

Complimentary high speed WIRELESS internet access.

The two condos are adjoined by interior doors on top of the stairs If you rent both sides the doors can be open for a full lodge experience.

We had a wonderful stay! The unit was spotless and very well maintained—cleanliness was clearly a top priority. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive, making everything easy from start to finish. The hot tub was exceptionally clean, fully functional, and such a relaxing bonus after a long day sledding on the trails. This was the third time we’ve stayed in this condo. This time, we met the owner. We’ll never stay there again.He yelled at us for having a dog (it’s pet friendly and we wouldn’t have stayed there if it wasn’t pet friendly) and having skis inside (it’s at a ski hill and again we would not have stayed there if we had to leave race skis in a cold environment, like. We or ski locker outside).He wants to profit from pets and being at a ski hill and then literally yelled at us because of those things. In 40 years of travel I’ve never been treated as rudely as we were on this trip.Oh, by the way, the door lock wouldnt open and the only reason we met the owner is because we missed watching our daughters race because of the lock. No apology. Nothing.First time I’ve ever left a poor review…for any place we’ve stayed, but we will never stay there again. Wont support an owner who yells at this guests and treats us this way.

Perfect Place to stay- 5 min walk to main chair lift

Brian’s place is the perfect set up. 3 bedrooms downstairs and a large kitchen and living room upstairs. We had a great time bringing our dog and he had a big parking lot to play in. It’s a 5 minute walk to the main chair lift making it very easy to back for lunch etc. There is a small hot tub on the porch! Highly reccomend staying here

Winter Ski Trip with Families

The place was well equipped and VERY clean. We rented both sides which was convenient for a group of our size. Note that reservations are priced per person and the hot tub was not super hot, but other than that the place was fantastic.
