Welcome to this beautiful 3 beds/2 baths vacation rental located in a gorgeous Cape Coral neighborhood. The villa is set up for the perfect fun packed Florida vacation. The villa has a large fenced in backyard, a spacious lanai area with a heated pool. Lots of fun pool games to enjoy with family and friends. The pool has a southwest exposure which means you can enjoy the sun ALL day and the gorgeous Florida sunsets at night.

The house offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms, two spacious living areas with TVs and a ping pong table and a kitchen that is open to the rest of the house including a serving window out to the lanai area.

The spacious pool area has plenty of sun lounges, pool toys for some fun in the sun, a cozy lounge/dining area, a TV and a BBQ gas grill. The lot is completely fenced in and has a really spacious lawn to play on.

The villa offers high speed internet for all your devices and work from home needs.

The neighborhood is beautiful and quite. When you look at he pictures you can see that you're also close to both downtown Cape Coral and the bridge over to Ft Myers Beach, Captiva and Sanibel. We very much recommend to contact one of the many boat rental companies in Cape Coral to get out on the water for a day or two. You'll get to experience not just just the amazing Florida scenery but the wildlife, like dolphins and manatees.

We had a good week at this house. The only disappointment was the pool was cold(February) but the weather had been unseasonably cold before we got there and the pool heater couldn’t keep up. I read a book sitting next to pool but couldn’t swim due to temperature. There were plenty of towels and kitchen items.
