DETALLE: ¡Esta acogedora casa de playa de 4 dormitorios y 4. 5 baños se encuentra en la muy codiciada comunidad de Watercolour y todo lo que imaginas que debería ser una casa de playa!

Esta casa decorada profesionalmente cuenta con una cocina de concepto abierto, sala de estar y comedor y es un paraíso para aquellos que prefieren la privacidad y las mañanas tranquilas en el porche.

Al ingresar a la casa, las paredes blancas y nítidas y la decoración costera relajante lo atraen a un diseño cómodo hecho para el entretenimiento. El primer piso cuenta con dos suites king, una con bañera profunda y ducha con azulejos, y la otra con una hermosa ducha con azulejos.

El segundo piso cuenta con una sala de estar adicional, área de juegos para niños, suite principal y sala de literas. Todas las habitaciones cuentan con TV de pantalla plana. La casa también viene con DVR en la sala de estar principal.

** Actualización de construcción del Beach Club: ¡Nos complace anunciar que el Beach Club en WaterColor ya está abierto con la finalización de la Fase 1! La piscina principal y la cubierta superior han sido completamente renovadas, y la cubierta principal de la piscina y el bar Rita ahora ofrecen áreas adicionales de salón y asientos. Aunque son limitadas, las opciones de comida para llevar también están disponibles. Se espera que la Fase 2 se complete más adelante este otoño, y contará con dos grupos adicionales. Hasta entonces, sin embargo, el Beach Club estará cerrado los lunes para permitir que la construcción continúe de manera segura y sin obstáculos.

32 BlueStem Way was adequate for our 4 person group. However, two negatives: First, the family room TV was almost impossible to use and impossibly difficult to understand (even for one of our group who is a mechanical engineer. Second, the hot water, especially in the upstairs, was inadequate. We had to take cold ( or partially cold) showers and baths. Your rep. came by and told us that the tankless water heaters did not work properly.

Our family had a wonderful stay at The Blue Belle. My children LOVED the playroom and the fun toys in it! We had everything we needed while there. I loved the master bath and the home decor. We’ve stayed in many Watercolor homes over the years and this one was beautifully designed. I love all the old photos! The only feedback is to consider a new mattress for the upstairs master bed and improve the internet connection upstairs. We loved it!

I love staying there at 32 Bluestem lane in the Lake District. It’s really nice to have a little 5ish min bike ride to places so you can enjoy the experience of the ocean but also the gardens and lakes that are within watercolor. It’s truly a magical experience that I want to repeat as often as possible. The house itself is great; beds are so comfy and it has what you need.

We had a wonderful stay! Love the layout of the house, the peaceful nooks and decor, and that it is a close bike ride to the beach, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle to have some peace and quiet. One of my favorite water color rentals I've ever stayed in.

It was a very nice house. We spent a week here for New Years, and the house met or exceeded all our expectations. Well equipped for a cooking family, and for hosting the 20 other members who came for dinner. Great location, and wonderful memories.

Really cute house with lots of personal touches. The kitchen had extras that were appreciated. The playroom & toys were thoroughly enjoyed. The master shower upstairs was a luxury. House is in a less traveled area of WaterColor. The only negatives- 1) the wifi upstairs was terrible. I’d highly suggest a wifi booster on the second level. 2) there was construction going on behind the house that was loud and started precisely at 8am. 3) the floors were absolutely filthy when we arrived. All issues less the wifi were resolved and we ended up having a wonderful family vacation. 360 Blue is very responsive.

House was darling. Just a few things: Dishwasher lower rack off track. Hot water took a long time to come on. Phone reception was terrible. Lots of trash in back of house. No way to enjoy table in back with that little pool next door. Noisy! Good stay, thanks!

Our family of 4 had the best time at 32 bluestem! The home is gorgeous and the beds were super comfy. The kids just adored the playroom, such a special touch. There is nothing like “new”Toys for kiddos. We spent the mornings on the front porch and swing and evenings by the outside fireplace. We cooked a few meals in the designer kitchen, which by the way is #kitchengoals. We can’t wait to come back. Thank you for sharing your home and this experience of watercolor with us.

We absolutely loved our stay at your beautiful home!!! Our vacation was perfect and we can't wait until next year. The house had everything. It was perfect. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfy and the rooms were spacious. We really didn't use the back firepit area. It wasn't very clean. Loved the front porch! What a beautiful home! Six of us came to celebrate our daughters graduation from the university of Tennessee! The girls loved sipping wine and and girl talk on the swing. We also loved the quiet location and riding bikes to the beach and pool. Everything was perfect and we enjoyed every minute. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home! 360 Blue has been wonderful to deal with! :) The Hills from Knoxville!
