Accommodation Features:

Master Bedroom: Located on the ground floor, featuring a luxurious king bed and an ensuite bathroom for added privacy and comfort as well as a Smart TV

Bedroom 2: Situated upstairs, equipped with a comfortable king bed, perfect for couples or older children.

Bedroom 3: Also upstairs, offering two king single beds, ideal for younger guests or friends sharing the space.

Living Spaces: The house boasts a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area with modern furnishings and reverse cycle air-conditioning in the main living area, there is also split systems in all bedrooms - ensuring a comfortable stay year-round.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils, making it easy to prepare meals for the family.

Bathrooms: In addition to the ensuite bathroom, there is a family bathroom upstairs, and with a 2nd separate toilet for convenience.

Courtyard and Patio: Enjoy a small enclosed courtyard and a patio area with outdoor seating, providing a serene space for relaxation or alfresco dining.

Entertainment: Smart TVs in the main living area, and a TV in the master bedroom.

All bed linen and bath towels are provided for the number of guests booked, supplied by a professional linen company.

Additional note:
- $200 refundable security deposit is required prior to your stay. This will be refunded within 7 days after checkout, provided no damage, excessive cleaning, or policy violations are found during the property inspection. 
- ID of the primary guest is required prior to check-in.
- Busselton’s close to natural wetlands, so from October to January you may notice some mosquitoes and midges, especially at dawn and dusk. It’s a normal part of the area. We recommend bringing repellent for a more comfortable stay.
- There’s some construction happening nearby as part of the new Cape View Resort extension. Work is carried out during the day, and construction noise may be noticeable at times.

This property offers fully self-contained accommodation, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay. To get you started, we supply essential items such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, tea, coffee, milk, and some cleaning products for the first couple of days. We also provide a selection of basic kitchen supplies—please contact us for a full list. If you require additional supplies during your stay, our office can assist with restocking, which may incur a small fee.
