Everything was nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable, we slept really well. Our dogs enjoyed the place too with an enclosed backyard and easy access for beach walks. Nice and close to town so our car had very little use. Great place to stay.
We have stayed here before and will again! Always have a great time here. Close to beach, restaurants and can walk into town. Perfect for the dogs too!
We had a fantastic time everything was very clean and organised! Had all the Amenities we needed plus you couldn't get any closer to the foreshore it was a great spot for the kids to walk over to the beach and playground. I did the Busselton marathon so I got a sleep in, I just had to walk out the door to start line. Couldn't fault this place and the service. Thank you so much!
Very nice home, had everything we’d need. Clean with nice back lawn. Great location. So close to the beach and foreshore. Home owner responded quickly to emails. We had a lovely stay, thank you.
Gardeners started at 6:50am using a ride on mower and whipper snipper on the first morning so wasn't happy about that, and that night the council was doing line marking at 10:30pm. It's on a main street so lots of traffic, was very noisy and can get quite noisy. House was nice, kitchen fully equipped and beds were very comfy.
Easy access to town , beach, cycle/ walk path , hardly used the car . Back garden is ideal if you have a dog , with side access to hose down after the beach
Overal great stay excellent location. Great communication and cleanliness. Missing a few small convenience items eg. Coffee sugar etc these would be nice for initial arrival. If staying longer than two nights be aware no items like eg. Plastic containers and pegs seemed strange when washing machine was provided. Overal awesome location as described. Thanks for having us stay.

Thank you for your review. We do provide basic pantry supplies, ground coffee, tea, sugar etc. These are in one of the cupboards in the kitchen (near washing machine). Pegs are located on the clothes line area and shelf above washing machine with the washing powder.
Location is amazing. Very noisy though and Sunday at 4.45 markets were starting to be set up which woke us up and unfortunately there was a marathon that started and completely woke us up way too early with the speakers right over the road on the foreshore sidewe ended up leaving before 8 am
We have stayed at other Stayz locations before will not stay at this particular one again

Thankyou for your review. The house is located across from the Jetty so if staying during events such as Jetty Swim, Iron man, Open swim race etc yes there will be some noise nearby as you are located right in the heart of all the action which is what makes this location so special and rare. The events are not every weekend, only a couple times a year and they are MAJOR events for our town and people travel from all over the world to be apart of it. Embracing our amazing events and being amongst it all might have made your stay more enjoyable.
The location of the property was absolutely excellent in terms of proximity to the foreshore and accessibility to the town. The furnishings were modern and very comfortable. It was beautifully clean and well equiped with absolutely everything we needed. Little touches like the provision of powder for the washing machine, kitchen items such as cling film/foil and individual toiletries if needed, were a thoughtful addition not always found in holiday accomodation. It’s an older property and a little tired in places but this was a minor observation outweighed by the positives. It was very evident that the owner has put a lot of thought into the contents of everything in the property and this was definitely appreciated. We very much enjoyed our stay here, the property was very comfortable & the location was just perfect.
Property and Location were superb. The fit-out, furnishings, fittings and utensils etc. were excellent. Could not fault anything except, for some reason there was no internal broom, only an outside broom (stronger bristles). and BBQ was left a bit grubby by earlier tenants. We did also notice the rear door flyscreen was becoming detached - BUT judging be the rest of the property we expect the cleaners will bring this to the owner's attention and it will quickly be repaired.
Weather was good for all days except our final day when we experienced rain and strong winds.
Busselton town and surrounds were as always great.
We enjoyed our stay, Busselton in the summer had a lot to offer out family: a great range of restaurants and activities and the accomodation is in a great location to walk to everything. This also means that it is a bit noisy, lots of people walking past late at night and cars going round the corner. The accomodation was clean and neat but felt a little sparse considering the cost, for example only 4 plates/bowls/cups etc, felt like we were constantly running the dishwasher. Beds were comfy but would have loved to have a bit more quality in the pillows. Next time I would bring my own. The check-in process was smooth and easy and the host was always available via text.
Location next to the foreshore is wonderful. We stayed four weeks, rented a car for three days. Groceries, cinema, and shopping within walking distance and the Sunday Farmers Market is right across the street.
