Enter the gorgeous golf community through the guarded gate, past the 12 foot high rushing waterfall, and head down the winding palm-lined streets. Admire the Azinger and Lewis 18 hole championship courses. Welcome to Paradise!

Our first floor condo, located within walking distance of the 28,400 square foot clubhouse, has a picturesque view of the 18th hole and 38 acre lake. The clubhouse area includes a restaurant for informal or formal dining, locker rooms, pro shop, fitness center, pool, and eight lighted Har-Tru tennis courts. There is also pickleball courts

This property has been updated w new floors, countertops, furniture and freshly painted in 2024.

You are minutes away from the Minnesota Twins and Boston Red Sox spring training facilities.

This condo is beautifully decorated and furnished with everything you will need. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, 19' TV/VCR, two walk-in closets and its own private bathroom. The guest bedroom has twin beds with its own full bathroom. The living room looks out on the golf course, has an entertainment center with cable TV, DVD/VHS, stereo and queen size sofa sleeper. The adjoining dining room includes a table which seats 6 and has a leaf to seat 8 plus table pads. The kitchen comes complete with the necessary cooking equipment, utensils and linens. There is a laundry area that has a washer and dryer, ironing board, iron, and vacuum cleaner. Everything in this condo is newly furnished from the furniture to the linens.

All of the amenities, including golf, can be used for a one-time transfer fee of $500 plus cart rental fees for you and one guest. I only rent to people from the United States or Canada.

nice community but condo not in good shape

Condo needs a deep cleaning and maintenance. We had handy man, locksmith, and pest control while we were there. Community is very nice with a good location.

Comfortable and great location!

The condo was very comfortable and had just about everything we needed. The host was very nice and answered the phone when I called. The location was perfect for the baseball tournament our son played in that week, lots of restaurants, supermarkets within 5 min of the condo. The only drawback was the condo was not cleaned prior to our arrival. The host promised to reimburse me for the cleaning fee paid and it never happened. That was disappointing. Lastly, the golf course was under construction and the tiki bar was closed the whole time we were there. That would've been nice to know ahead of time. All in all, we had a nice stay and made the best of it. We would choose this location again.

Great vacation rental experience!

The unit was even better than the photos! Spacious layout, clean and well maintained. Walking distance to two different pools. Nice porch to enjoy the sunsets and watch the golfers. Everyone was friendly at the community. The owner was very easy to work with and quickly answered any questions. Based on our positive experience I would recommend this unit and community and definitely stay there again!

Cute Place

Very cute and clean place. It appears the flooring has been updated to hard wood-type flooring since the last time pictures were taken, it looks very nice. Everything else was as pictured. Communication with the owner was pleasant and quick responses to any questions. We were visiting family in the community, so this was very convenient for us. Several pools for the children to visit during the stay and plenty of other activities: golf, pickleball, tennis, among others if that is what you are looking for. Would definitely stay on this property again in the future. Thanks for letting us stay!

Great location

Let me say this is a great location, close to the club house and tennis courts. The king size bed was very comfortable. My wife's issue was with the cleanliness. It's been a long time since there was more than a basic spit shine cleaning. Yes, the sinks and counters were clean, but the floors haven't been properly cleaned in awhile. Wearing socks meant your socks would be dirty on the bottoms. The baseboards, exhaust fans and louver doors were covered in dust. She tried vacuuming but the vacuum wasn't good either. The couch springs are long gone. The condo is just long in the tooth and needs updating especially at this price per night.

Nice Condo, Convenient Location

We had a great time using this first floor condo. The remarkable view of the 18th green from the lanai provided a wonderful place to enjoy our morning coffee. The condo comes complete with everything you need to enjoy your stay from a fully furnished kitchen to towels, bikes, and other outdoor equipment. The safe, gated community provided a quiet environment in which we enjoyed many wonderful walks and the use of the community pools. Everyone we met greeted us with friendly smiles and we often received waves from many as they drove by in their cars. The location of this condo is perfect for the baseball fan (like us) as it’s a short 15 – 20 min drive to both the Minnesota Twins and Boston Red Sox training facilities. The beaches of Fort Myers, Sanibel Island, Bonita Springs and Marco Island are only a 45 – 60 min drive away. We would happily rent this condo, again.

Great Place to Stay and Golf -- 4 Years and Counting

Yes we stayed here for the last four years . It's neat and clean with the golf course club house just a short walk. Since it's on the ground floor you just walk out the lanai screen door and you're on the approach to the 18th green and off to the practice range, tennis courts, clubhouse and dinner or the pool. Highly recommended, Pat & Steve
