This comfortable single-family home welcomes you with its well-decorated interior and thoughtfully designed spaces. The Space
Upon entering through the front door, you'll arrive in the open-concept living area, which includes a comfortable living room, workspace, dining area and spacious kitchen - perfect for spending time with your whole group, whatever the activity. Enjoy a spacious sofa, ottoman, and a smart TV. The dining space has a table for 8 and the kitchen is fully equipped and designed with modern conveniences. Vacation is no time to do laundry, however, you can - if you want! This home is equipped with a laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer for your convenience.
♛ The Primary Suite provides a generously sized retreat, full of natural light. It features a king-sized bed, a smart TV, ceiling fan, and a huge walk-in closet. This spacious room extends to the en suite bathroom, offering a double vanity sink, perfect for couples.

-The minimum rental age is 25. A picture ID must be provided to the company no less than 72 hours (about 3 days) before arrival. -An accurate guest count must be provided.-No parties or events. If unauthorized persons are discovered on the premises, guests will be subject to additional fees and/or immediate eviction. -Quiet time is from 10pm - 8am -This property is equipped with security cameras on the outside of the property. These cameras are used during the check-in process to verify identity and guest count. If there is an incident, we will review the footage. There are no cameras inside any property. -No smoking or vaping. If evidence is discovered of either smoking or vaping, the guest will be subject to a fine of up to $1,000
Starter Supplies: We provide trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, detergent, and bathroom amenities to accommodate this home's maximum occupancy for the first 3 days of your stay.
Same-Day Bookings: Same-day bookings require approval from the company. We will ask you to provide information on your group and the purpose of your stay. If your stay is approved, we require a government-issued ID for identity verification. Your phone number must match the phone number on your Airbnb account, or we will not be able to honor your reservation. Same-day reservations will not be accepted after 2:00pm. All same-day reservations require at least 3 hours before check-in. We may have to extend check-in time to later than 4:00pm.
Pet Policy: This property is dog-friendly with an additional fee of $150, per pet, for stays less than 30 days. While staying with us, you are responsible for the actions of your pet. Please keep your dog(s) off the furniture and pick up all waste. All waste should be bagged and disposed of in the outside trash bin. Failure to comply with our Pet Policy will result in an additional $100 fee. Please let us know if you will be bringing your dog (only dogs are permitted, sorry).
Baby Bundle: If you have little ones, we offer: Pack-n-play with a thicker mattress & a highchair for $65 per stay. Please make this request at the time of booking or 24 hrs. prior to your arrival. Mail: Guests may not receive mail at this location or at our office. Any mail received will be RETURNED TO SENDER. We cannot accept responsibility for helping you to recover any lost mail or packages.
Property Care Instructions: Treat this Home Like Your Own - Please ensure that the grill is covered when not in use. This helps to maintain the grill's condition for future guests. Failure to comply may result in a cleaning or maintenance fee.

Great Stay
Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and hope to come again in the near future. The house is just as beautiful as it appears to be in the photos - design makes the home feel like an oasis situated just a short drive from the city. Everything in the house appeared to be brand new - even to the extent that propane was not yet provided for the grill. Though communication was a bit clunky through the app, the property management company was very engaged. Our family looks forward to visiting again and seeing how things continue to evolve with the home.

Stay was ok.
Our stay was over all ok. There was furniture broken, damaged and missing on arrival. Several areas of the house were not cleaned or maintained. Communication with the managing team was good but there communication among themselves was not. I recommend their owner review this property in person soon and often.
