Located in the heart of Giudecca Island, a short walk from the famous Harry's Dolci and from the Cipriani Hotel Easy access to the best city attractions (15 minutes from Piazza San Marco, 20 minutes from Rialto) is ideal for those looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Place for connoisseurs.
This 120 qm apartment develops on the top floors of upscale development next to the Hilton Stucky hotel. It was entirely designed by the disciples of the famous architect Carlo Scarpa. Completely built in wood with custom-designed furniture, is comfortable and elegant at the same time.
EQUIPPED WITH WI FI SERVICE
It consists of 6 rooms: a master bedroom with a walk-in closet, Valentino fabrics and garden views; a guest bedroom overlooking the canal, (twin beds arrangement on request).
a dining room, furnished with antique design and curtains Valentino, overlooking the garden through three large windows; the kitchen equipped with dishwasher and washing machine, equipped with three retractable shelves for your breakfasts; one bathroom.
The lounge area is located on the top floor, with large sofas and a flat screen TV, can accommodate up to twelve people; From here, looking out, you can enjoy the beautiful view on the island of Giudecca Mark square.
CAUTION: The staircase leading to the lounge area is open on one side. Consider it if you have small children.
The apartment is on the second floor with an elevator, which is rather rare in all of Venice!
If you have children, they will be happy to have fun in the beautiful garden and relax in the beautiful lounge area.
The garden, with concierge service from 9. 00 to 21. 00, is one of the largest in the city, well-kept and quiet.
Markets and shops of various kinds within a 5 mins walk, as well as traditional restaurants from which to enjoy lovely view.
