The apartment and decor is lovely. Tony, the property manager who met us was great and the company that manages the rental was very responsive to questions. The hallway and stairs to the apartment are a little run down. Be aware the proximity to the Royal Mile and the University which are excellent (we walked everywhere) come with the downside that it can be very noisy at night. The positives far outweigh that challenge but light sleepers may want earplugs.

Clean, spacious apartment right off of a busy area of Edinburgh so it is a quiet street. Lots of shops and restaurants. Everything is within walking distance.

Great central place walking distance and close to all the major sights. The washer and dryer were a huge win so we could travel light and keep the clothes clean. It didn’t bother us at all, but just be mindful you are in the city center. So the sounds of the city will be going on at all hours. We’ll be staying here again if possible. It was easy, fun and relaxing after walking all day.

Great flat in a great location

This flat in Edinburgh is centrally located, with a great little coffee shop next door. The beds are comfortable, and the living room is spacious, a wonderful place in the city!

Edinburgh Stay

Absolutely loved this place. Convenient to walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Very clean and beds were so comfy. Tony was so helpful with the check in and check out. If you have a car there is a space to park. Would definitely recommend this place to stay.

Great location and an easy walk to the Royal mile. Great places for dining and gelato within a short distance of the apartment. Appreciated the great communication from Tony on the day of our arrival.

Lovely big flat, super convenient location

My husband, adult son & I had a great 3 day stay in this luxurious flat while we enjoyed central Edinburgh. Right in the hub of the city, but still peaceful inside, very comfortable/spacious for 3 adults & great communication with the owner - fab😊

The apartment was lovely, conveniently located, and the host met us immediately upon arrival. The walkup was as described, so there were no surprises. Having a washer and dryer was an additional amenity that came in handy. The grocery below also was very convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place to stay

This property is the perfect location for walking everywhere in Old Town and beyond and the parking is a real bonus. The host is great and very accommodating. Communication was next level and they were so helpful. The apartment is beautiful and spacious.

Close to everything you want to see.

The apartment is beautifully decorated. Very spacious and clean. We felt we could walk to most everything we wanted to see. Walking distance to the train station, castle. Royal Mile, etc. Lots of pubs and restaurants close by. We loved our time there.

Time in Edinburgh

We had an amazing time at this flat. It was the perfect location to old town and a short walk to city central. The flat was huge and was as described. Easy checkin and literally no concerns. I definitely would recommend. Great restaurants!!! Would stay here again

Great find with parking

The apartment is very clean. its great to find a property including free parking behind a secure gate. 2 double comfy beds, great shower, great kitchen. Everything was so easy to use. Bonus is that everything to would want to see and do is well within walking distance,around a 10 minute walk to the royal mile. Will definately staying at this proprty again. Great time in Edinburgh.
