Excellent location to just about everything! The pictures of the property don’t do it justice. It’s just the cutest flat. My husband and I traveled with our adult children and the 4 of us were very comfortable. The third full bathroom was a bonus. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. It’s just an all around great place to stay.

The apt was nice and in a great location. They had coffee and teas for our use. Having a parking spot for our rental car was great. Construction was going on by apt but the workers didn't start at crack of dawn. Only drawback was we had to Uber to the train station to get our key as we didn't have our car the first day.

Thank you for your review. We had an unusual issue where a local person decided to superglue the padlock that we normally put out for guests arriving! We did not want it to be an issue once you arrived so had to make an alternative collection point at very short notice!

This flat is in a perfect location, just steps from Edinburgh Waverly train station and right off the Royal mile! It’s well equipped and very comfortable with two bedrooms and three full baths. The showers in the two en suite bathrooms are small, but the third bathroom has a full-size tub/shower. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, cutlery, dishes, and glassware and has a large fridge, dishwasher, and clothes washer. There’s also an iron and ironing board and a clothes drying rack. The flat is on the ground floor, which is great when carrying luggage. We loved it and would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location. Could not be better. Well equipped kitchen. Good beds. Very handy to have the third bathroom with a full size shower/bath, though it was really nice to have two en-suite rooms. The host was very responsive. We would stay there again.

Great location for the Royal Mile attractions

Great location to walk to all that the Royal Mile has to offer, yet far enough to remain quiet. Be sure to frequent the Tollbooth Tavern, which is a mere 400 feet away!

Fabulous Location

We had a great stay here. Would highly recommend. The flat is well appointed and very comfortable. Location is fantastic and you can easily walk to Edinburgh Castle and Hollyrood Palace. Dealing with the property manager was great from booking to checking out very helpful and friendly. If we ever get back this way I would not hesitate to book here again.

The apartment was as advertised. Very clean, great shower, comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. The location was very convenient and the property manager was quick to respond. Highly recommended.

A wonderful city break.

We were celebrating an 80th birthday. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and warm. The well equipped kitchen and dining area made eating in a pleasure and yet there is plenty of choice close by for dining out.The position also meant we were close to all attractions, station and bus routes. A wonderful place.

Great location that is very close to the Royal Mile so we enjoyed the convenience to everything. And having 3 bathrooms is perfect for 3 adults. We really appreciated the availability of parking as well. There is a long-term construction project happening very close by (at the top of the street) so the noise was a bit bothersome in the morning. The listing says washer and dryer but it’s a combination machine. We were not able to figure out how to use just the dryer. The notebook of instructions did not say and we even Googled the machine online for instructions. Couldn’t make it just dry. That’s was a problem for us as we really needed the dryer. The apartment sleeps 4 and we had our adult daughter traveling with us so 3 people in total. Both of us have long hair so a month before our stay, I asked for one extra bath towel thinking we may get only 3. I was told that it would cost an extra 10 pounds to have an additional towel in the apartment. It doesn’t seem like much to ask for considering we paid 1467 pounds for 4 nights.It was very nice that they had coffee and sugar for us.

The check in process was so simple thanks to the detailed email, including photos! The welcome binder was also so helpful! The location is great! Right off the Royal Mile, close to restaurants and shopping. Highly recommended
