Would “not” recommend if you’re staying for a long stay. We were here for a business trip 10 days.Unless you plan on buying everything from dish washer fluid, dish soap, laundry detergent, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, throw blankets, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, body wash. That’s a whole extra suitcases of things if you wanted to bring from home.No cleaning products to clean throughout the time you are there.I think this is place may be ok just for a short weekend stay!

Upon arrival, we were not listed for the rental address at the security gate. Being it was after hours, office was closed. Emergency number had to be called a few times before someone answered, he actually sent a text instead but eventually answered. Quickly resolved the issue though. Understood there were limited items, but at least there could have been an initial garbage bag in the kitchen garbage can. Parking lot was extremely full near our unit. Great stay other than that.

Beautiful town home

We really enjoyed our stay. We had plenty of space for 6 adults and 3 young kids. It is beautifully decorated and was comfortable. The pool was an enjoyable temperature in the middle of summer. Things to note: the gate to get into the community gets backed up at high traffic times (15-20 minute wait). Had to park farther later at night but plenty of nearby parking during the day. The mattress in the main bedroom was very worn, large indents from previous users. Ice maker didn't work. Overall, enjoyable stay!

Not what we had hoped for...

House is nice, they try to keep it in good shape which I'm sure must be challenging at times as a rental and renters not taking care of it. First thing we did upon arrival is open the blinds to look at the pool and 3 of the blinds fell to the floor. The house had no working tv in living room. Called maintenance numerous and they confirmed it wasn't working and spoke to owners a couple of times. Promised replacement. I called numerous times regarding status which resulted in nothing. We missed Thanksgiving parade, football, etc. which we would have enjoyed watching together with our family we flew there to meet. This was not how I planned on spending our vacation...it would have been nice if maintenance provided a loaner tv. In addition, the bathroom lock broke was problematic resulting in my son being locked in there for 10 minutes before someone heard him. The king size beds had large indentations resulting in no sleep and bad back pain. The neighborhood had cars parked everywhere including the lawn. We were woken the first night with cars doing wheelies in the street and people yelling outside our door. It was just unfortunate how things turned out and maintenance and the owners seemed to not care once they had our money for this rental. Very disappointing.

Great Stay

This home fit our needs perfectly for our family of 4. The home was extremely clean when we arrived. The Club Oasis pool was a ton of fun and easy to use. I liked the security gate at the community entrance, after checking in upon arrival they gave us a pass to use for the remainder of the week. We were disappointed to find there was no grill at the house since there was one in the photos. There were plenty of towels and even pool towels at the home. The kitchen had lots of pots/pans silverware, dishware to use, but no dish towels, dish soap or detergent, we found we needed lots of basics. We stayed at the end of August and found the neighborhood to be very quiet even though we were surrounded by neighbors. We had a wonderful time here and would stay again.

I enjoyed the house

The house was beautiful. I loved the decor. The linen on the beds had a few stains and didn’t smell fresh. I had purchased my own linens for the bed because I didn’t feel comfortable with them. The beds overall were comfortable and the house was cozy.
