We spend a lot of time with our family at the Carmel property, as it is such an amazing location, and perfect beach town getaway.

We chose this property due to its excellent location. We love the town of Carmel. Restaurants and shopping and the beach are all very easily accessible from the apartment. We purchased the building because we saw high potential. We also love how close the rental is to Pebble Beach Golf Course. We've had so much fun walking on the beach over to the golf course, and even sometimes seeing pro golfers.
