Hey Caitlin! Fundamentally, our job is EASY! Make sure a home is as-advertised, clean and ready for our sunseekers arrival. Outside of Mother Nature, “the human condition” is the variable we assist with the most. Entomology, thermodynamics, veterinary medicine and even interior design are personal responsibilities our office has been tasked with advising on a case-by-case basis! We’ve got no direct lines to Mother Nature regrettably and ever more so, have no ability to guaranty personal vacation plans go untested. What we CAN guaranty is that IF something happens and our efforts can help, we certainly do! As far as for the success of your adventure, those kudos belong ENTIRELY to the positivity, planning and expectations of your party! We thank YOU for both respecting the home which served as a backdrop for these memories but even more importantly, the positivity and example you gifted of yourselves onto the Island! <3 Team SWRE!

Hi! Thanks for the feedback. I double checked and nowhere is there an outdoor shower advertised. Perhaps that was simply misread? Either way, sorry about the confusion! Also, although quirky, most guests actually enjoy being able to shower in peace, while someone else is able to use the WC simultaneously. Personally, I wish all properties had the bathroom split in half for the sake of streamlining (but it would be a waste of sq ft'age). The home has it's quirky features as it retains a lot of it's original characteristics. Personally, as an investor, I love this. I want the charm and the character. Adds some period variability. But does that leave us with an escalated AC bill to cool a home with some single pane windows? For sure. We are blessed to have the home situated close to the action, but far enough that the noise level isn't typically beyond what one would expect. Thanks for being great guests. Next time, we'll put you in a suite with double pane hurricane rated windows and earn that 5-star rating!
