SmartTV with DVR and Blu-ray home theatre in the living room, as well as an antenna box for local news providing a total of 26 channels. SmartTVs in each bedroom. Nintendo Wii game system. Board games, books, and puzzles. Wireless high-speed internet access. Upstairs and downstairs covered porches with ocean views and furniture. Dune-top Deck with benches at end of the private beach boardwalk, rebuilt in spring of 2023. Street side screened porch with sofa, chairs, and rocker. Outdoor shower in the garage with hot and cold water. Hardwood floors, carpeting in all bedrooms and ceiling fans throughout. Fully equipped kitchen with quartz countertops.
