The famous Promenade des Anglais and its beaches are a 1 minute walk and Place Massena is 5 minutes. This place is also ideal to stroll through the picturesque streets of Old Nice as well as along the Coulée Verte, visit the Museum of Modern Art MAMAC, the opera, the many theaters and finally go shopping in the many luxury shops and traditional downtown area.
