This apartment is a must! The location is perfect. You can walk right outside and buy the freshest, most delicious fruits and vegetables at the market. You are a three minute walk to the sea. Don't fear that the apartment will be loud since it is close to everything, yes, we heard some noises but it was overall very quiet. If you are staying in Nice, this is the place to stay.

This was a beautiful apartment with a lovely view that I was so sad to leave. It is in the middle of the outdoor market, lots of restaurants and one block from the water. The location was perfect for wandering and dining. The area can be lively at night but the windows offer pretty good sound protection. Wonderful stay!

A lovely apartment (once you’ve climbed the 70 steps) with fantastic views. We loved the fact that Old town Nice was on our doorstep and everything was within walking distance. Cours Saleya has a real buzz about it and is busy almost 24/7 so as long as you don’t expect peace and quiet you’ll have a wonderful stay.

Amazing location near market, restaurants/bars, beach, train stations, etc. super accessible to other towns nearby! It was a little noisy at nighttime if you slept with windows open. Overall great time for 2 couples to stay at.

Visit to Nice

The property is gorgeous inside! Very comfortable with all the amenities you need. Delia was a great host. The location is ideal to see old town and walk to shops, restaurants and the beach. It was our first time visiting the area and it was perfect place to stay to see the main highlights. We took the train to Monaco for a day and that was very easy to do. I would definitely recommend this property.

As good as it gets!

Quite certain there is no better location in all of Nice. Literally on the main strip, but high enough that your room is quiet and cozy. Steps from morning markets, day/night restaurants, clubs, and beach clubs. We had the most unforgettable trip. Delia was very responsive throughout the booking process, and met us on check in day to make sure we were settled. Can't recommend this property enough.

Location, location! This apartment is in a Classic building in the middle of the flower market. Amazing views from all 5 tall windows, close to everything, surrounded by shops and restaurants. My first visit in November/December and the weather was beautiful. The apartment itself is nicely appointed, the kitchen is well equiped. Some things needed atención, such as a couple of broken drawers but this did not prevent us from enjoying our stay tremendously. Highly recomiendes but make sure to book well in advance.

Azur Hideaway Stay

I would recommend this property over and over. We loved being so close to the beach and in the heart of the Cours Saleya flower market which we strolled through every morning for fresh pain au chocolat, croissants and fruit. The apartment was spacious and was equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Delia was so friendly and quick to answer any questions we had during our stay.

Perfect Nice intro!

One of the nicest VRBO properties! Dehlia, the host, was responsive and accommodating. The location is perfect and the description did not lie. The set of stairs going up was not an issue unless you have someone with health issues. I would highly recommend and plan to stay here again should we return to Nice. This property is right beside a wonderful fresh fruit, vegetable, & flower market which is open 6 days a week. Also easily walkable to dozens of great restaurants, transit, museums, and the Promenade Anglais. With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it is ideal for 2 couples, and it was nice to have laundry facilities. Highly recommend!

A very enjoyable stay. Centrally located, lovely spaces, the quietest AC imaginable, and views for days. Dalia was very responsive. Lots of action nearby- can be a touch noisy but with AC and earplugs, slept perfectly. Be aware of the multiple flights of stairs. Difficult the first couple of times but then they helped with balancing the overeating.

Old Nice is the Best

We came to visit Monaco and Cannes as Nice is in the middle. If you want a quiet place this is not. Cafes & Bars till 12:00. The Apartment, Markets and Shops fabulous. "No elevator" to 3rd floor.

Two Couples - Fantastic Location

Two couples stayed at this place for 5-6 nights. It was amazing. We’re in our 40’s-50’s, everyday a market outside on the street below. Restaurants everywhere, beach is literally one min away. Airport is 20 min. Beds were comfortable, everything you need. Stairs were no joke, but we didn’t mind. Easy trade off for the view and the location. 100% recommend.
