Perfectly Located, Private Home in Happy Valley

Perfectly located, very comfortable, and well setup house that has all the amenities for a relaxing stay. First floor has a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a sofa bed and fire place. The second floor has a big master bedroom/bath with a queen bed, a second bedroom with 2 single beds, a second bathroom, and laundry room. There is a large porch connected to the kitchen with a fenced in yard for privacy and security for little ones or for your furry friend. Attached one door garage. Self check-in with keypad.

You can not find a better location in town, close to highway that take you right by the stadium in 8 minutes, 3 minutes walking to Texas Roadhouse bar and grill. You'll be near Wegmans, Walmart, Kohl's, Trader Joe's, TJ Maxx, Panera Bread, Olive Garden, Outback Steakhouse, Cracker barrel, Sheetz and many more.
This is a great location, it's walking distance to many restaurants or very short drive, also very close to many shopping centers but still in a nice and quiet neighborhood.
There is CATA bus for public transportation (the bus stop is on Oakwood ave. V line) , taxi or Uber are available in that area.
There are two security cameras in my house, on in the outside for street view and the other one in the garage for case of firing and emergency.

Great property and Owner

Used this property to house employees for a project at Penn State. This house was very close to campus and right next to tons of other amenities. The owner was also extremely easy to work with. Would definitely recomend to a friend.

Great Place!

We came out for a Penn State volleyball game and this was the perfect spot for our family of 5. It is about 8 minutes to campus and it's even closer to all kinds of shops and restaurants. Like there is a Texas Roadhouse right down the street. Thumbs up!

Lovely home. Clean and spacious. Fenced in backyard was great for my doggie. Only complaint: all beds were very uncomfortable and no one got a good sleep. Please invest in some new mattresses.

Journey concert

My BFF from grade school and her sister who lives in PA stayed there as we were going to see Journey. The location was perfect, only a few miles from the venue. The property was CLEAN! The host was attentive and responsive. Highly recommend. The refrigerator was immaculate and the gas stove with the griddle worked perfectly for our steaks. We really had everything we needed. Nice clean home in heart of state college. Had all the we needed for our 4 day visit. Loved the fenced back yard for dogs, and the garage for parking in the winter. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

This rental was great, located close to shopping, restaurants and entertainment, yet in a quiet neighborhood. It was nicely appointed and very neat and clean. Comfortable living room includes a gas fireplace. Garage and driveway parking a plus. Very nice!

Great location

Perfect location for visiting State College! Walking distance to some restaurants, very close to North Atherton shopping, and a very short drive to downtown and campus. Clean and in a quiet walkable neighborhood.
