A very nice and quiet area ,the unit had plenty of space but the water pressure in the upstairs bathroom was very low and the carpet needs to be shampood or replaced otherwise very nice.

The property was clean and easy to check in. The pool area was clean but the pool was cloudy. There was no toilet paper at all in the condo which was a problem when we checked in. Also the condo was not in Davenport as advertised but it a neighboring town of Clermont which my commute to my sons house an extra 25 minutes away every day. Also it took me forever to receive my additional 200 dollar cleaning fee back.

We enjoyed the stay the only thing we didn’t enjoy was figuring out how to get in the pool, the community changed the way to get into the pool and they don’t have an updated key so we had to find someone to let me and my kids in. But overall it was a great experience.

Thank you very much for allowing me and my friends stay. We had a very nice time. We were all very comfortable and had plenty of space. The home was very clean and in a very quiet area. Was great working with the renting staff as it was easy fast reply’s and very friendly. There were just a few things that could be tended to. The front bedroom facing the street blinds all need replacing and the ceiling fan did not work due to it missing the chain. The second queen bedroom is also in need of new blinds. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

Pool heater broke after being told twice it was going to be ned on. No toilet paper or paper towels. Only one towel in each bathroom was told they were going to come fix the garbage disposal and never did
