Had an absolutely amazing stay! Everything we needed was right there! Staff was amazing and the entire facility was awesome! Will be staying there again!
We stayed for a week and enjoyed the pool and eats near by - Bamboo Wok and Sunday’s and the Frankie’s pub on property. Only thing notable on cleanliness was there was a layer of dust in all the vents and some door hinges and some mold/mildew in bathrooms. Otherwise good stay.
Stars – Perfect Family Getaway! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property! Everything was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything a family could possibly need. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The space was beautifully maintained and thoughtfully organized, making it easy to settle in and relax. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, answering any questions we had promptly via email. It really made a difference knowing we had such a reliable point of contact throughout our stay.We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a stress-free and enjoyable stay in Orlando, FL!
This rental was a mixed bag. Lots of space for my group of 6- Grandparents and immediate family, and a full kitchen/laundry setup. Three bathrooms and separate bedrooms, fun resort amenities. However the space itself was very shabby/barebones. Be prepared to bring your own garbage bags, cleaning products, toilet paper etc. This was not a problem, but definitely inconvenient when flying across the country. My primary issue was the only couch in the home smelled like stale urine and there was a visible stain/dried spot on one of the cushions. We avoided using the couch for the duration of our stay, and we were out and about doing things most of the time so ultimately it wasn't a deal breaker, but definitely off-putting as far as cleanliness.

Liked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy
Disliked: Check-in
After having stayed in a nearby property in the same resort in 2021, I must say that this property was a bit disappointing. It started poorly as the resort had not been sent confirmation of our booking, so it took ages to get checked in. Then, when we got to the apartment - the entry instructions in the email we'd gotten hadn't been updated to reflect the new lock system. Once we got in, we were underwhelmed by the property itself. Although listed as 'recently refurbished,' the property felt a bit tired. There were stains on the sofa, several of the dresser drawers were broken, the oven door fell off, and many lightbulbs failed. The initial response from the host was 'talk to my management company,' which wasn't helpful. But, to be fair, he did follow up on all emails and made sure that all the faults were dealt with promptly. To me, what it really lacked were any personal touches that the other Regal Palms property did really well. No instructions on using various bits of kit, no welcome pack with useful local information - we just didn't fee SPECIAL or particularly welcomed. The owner was quick to reply to messages and seemed genuinely interested in us having a good stay. The property suited its purpose, and we really love the Regal Palms resort. But we won't be rushing back to stay at this particular property any time soon.
The townhome was exactly as described, as were all of the amenities. Master bedroom had a private bath with whirlpool jetted tub, two other full bathrooms, four bedrooms plus a pullout couch. Even with two adults, a sixteen year old, a twelve year old, and twin nine year old boys, everyone had their own space and privacy. The downstairs bathroom was adjacent to the one bedroom downstairs, and with a locking door easily became my sixteen year old son's private bathroom. Everything was clean and in working order. There were no bugs of any kind (I state this because in some reviews of Regal Palms there are reports of bugs, and we saw nothing). Our property was very well kept.Check-in and check-out were a breeze. The 20/day per party (NOT individual) was a fair price to pay for all of the amenities. The pool area was amazing, perfect water temperature and enough to do to keep boys aged 9-16 happy and active. There is a hot tub in the pool area as well. The pool side restaurant was reasonably priced and pretty good food- we ate there for lunch a couple days. The arcade was also decent and reasonably priced as well. No need for cash, the arcade is updated enough that yiu can use your card and get the playcards.Gated community means extra security, which is always a plus. But the neighborhoods were really very calm and quiet. We stayed around spring break time, so on the weekend the pool area was busy and a little hard to find chairs (but not impossible), but quiet by Monday.
It's hard to give a review of this place - there were both good and bad issues, but the bad could be fixed pretty easily. Starting with the bad: This place should have been cleaner, and I don't blame the cleaning service; I met the woman cleaning the place and she seemed like a very hard worker trying to do the best she could, I blame the time given to those cleaning. This place was in need of a deep cleaning, by that I mean it looked clean at first glance but the more we looked the more we found issues like dust covering the top of all the base trim, the inside corners had significant dust build-up, there was small spatters of food on the walls in the kitchen, there was mold in the Jacuzzi tub around the jets and water intake(all of which I spent several hours trying to clean), there were two shower curtains that needed to be replaced because of mold, the shower heads could also be replaced, the tubs in both guest baths were plugged, there was A LOT of filth under heavy furniture i.e. the refrigerator, the stove, etc. which I also tried cleaning. Also the ice and water dispenser on the frig didn't work. Some of the other things that would go a long way to make this a 4 or 5 star place is: fix the the kitchen floor as it was warped probably from previous water damage, the base trim needs painting and the house in general just seemed too dark. That sounds like a lot but most of it is cleaning, some painting and minor repairs and this place could easily be a 4 or 5 star place. Now for the good things - Management was great at responding to my requests, they fixed the refrigerator and changed the shower curtains in a timely manner, and helped fix the internet when it went out (for two days), the complex and surrounding area feels very safe and everyone there seemed nice, it's central location provided easy access to both coasts, Orlando, and many other activities. and the weather for the entire month of February was fantastic! You're also very close to a Publix and a Walmart as well as several eating establishments. So my overall impression is that this place could easily be a 4 star place with a deep clean and some painting, but my experience was a 2 or 3 star at best.
