Privacy, Privacy, Privacy!! Located in the prestigious Tuscan Ridge Community , this outstanding luxury single story executive villa (Villa Tuscan Ridge) is situated on a large lot and features air-conditioning throughout and free High Speed Internet WIFI!

Our newly resurfaced, sparkling swimming pool faces southwest and a large conservation area, ensuring maximum privacy. Our heated hot tub is included in the rental of our home and the pool can be heated with an extra cost of 25$ per day. Please ask for this option in your inquiry if you are interested. A rental gas grill is also available for an extra cost.

Our stylish villa includes modern furnishings, HDTVs in all Bedrooms and living Room, Granite countertop in the Kitchen and all Bathrooms, a stunning Hot Tub on the pool deck, tennis table and pool table in the Game room and an Xbox console.

Villa Tuscan Ridge is a Luxury 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom with den vacation pool home located in the community of Tuscan Ridge in Davenport. Disney parks are just 15 minutes away and shops and restaurants are just a few minutes drive.

The living room and dining room have tile flooring. The living room has 2 comfy sofas and a flat panel 50" HDTV. Dining table seats 8 and the breakfast nook seats 4.

Kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, stove, oven, microwave, coffeemaker and a stunning Granite counter top.

Full size washer and dryer in case you want to get the towels or linen washed during your stay. Master bedroom has a King size bed with a 32" HDTV and an en-suite bathroom. 2nd bedroom has a Queen size bed with a 32"HDTV, 3rd bedroom has two twin beds with a 32"HDTV and the den can serve as a 4th Bedroom with its' queen size sofa bed.

Enjoyable Stay

Very clean property, with easy access, and pretty much as advertised. Area very quite just off H27 where there are a couple of Publix supermarkets and a Walmart a bit further up past the 192. Just myself and wife so plenty of room. Have done the parks many times over the years, and now just go for relaxing or seeing things away from disney. They are easy to get to, though universal a bit further away. We did have a few issues, but this never really spoiled our holiday. Communication with Laura was good, and though we never asked, she did compensate us. Would recommend.

Amazing family holiday

Overall we had a fantastic time at the villa. The location was good for getting to all the parks and was situated in a nice quiet location. Amenities were all a short drive. The pool and games room were well received and a welcome break after days in the parks. Despite the high temperatures outside we were kept nice and cool with the air con. Would definitely come again.

Summer Holiday

The house is in a great location, close to all the major attractions, roads and plenty of restaurants, various shops/supermarkets and take-aways nearby. House overall is fine however it is in need of abit of tlc, we had some pool/lanai issues which were sorted very quickly and although some parts of the pool surround was replaced there is still areas needing attention as it is letting in flies/spiders to the pool. The hot tub area needs a good clean and the cover replaced, we never used it because of this.

Lovely stay

We enjoyed our stay at this villa in June 2024. The management company were really good at responding to our calls and fixed the couple of issues we had promptly whilst we were there and we were really grateful. The villa was lovely, clean and modern and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend

absolutely spot on

we stayed here for 5 weeks and everything was perfect.... spotlessly clean on arrival. Everything you could think of was provided. The property's position was perfect for all the parks etc. Neighbours were all very nice - we ordered something from Prime but put wrong house number and they brought it round to us........... very nice people. Property cannot be faulted in our opinion.......... Thank you so much - we will definitely be returning.

August 2023 stay

The villa is in an amazing location, extremely peaceful. The only 'distraction' was the wonderful sight of hot air balloons passing over some mornings. We stayed for 3 weeks and wished we could have stayed longer! The villa was very comfortable and the pool and deck were excellent. The pool was a perfect temperature with no separate heat. We spent lots of time in the games room. There were some signs of wear, to be expected for a vacation rental, that would have benefitted from some attention, for example, a few missing blind slats. This made it harder to keep some rooms cool. Laura was very responsive to our questions and the small welcome pack was very helpful after a late arrival. Thank you very much for accommodating us.

Lovely family villa

Nice, open plan Villa. Good pool area and nice hot tub. Master suite is nice a spacious with a comfy bed. Everything needed in the Villa for a 10 days vacation. The hot tub wasn’t available for the first day due to a fault but it was sorted quickly and without any issues. The communication with Laura was excellent. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

Perfect Florida retreat

Tuscan Ridge is perfectly located for all the major attractions of Florida. The property is a very good size, with all the amenities you will need. There is a lounge away from it all or to do your work if like me you run 24/7. The pool and patio area is private with a view of the woodland. There is good shopping, restaurants and barbers close by so that you can make the most of your time. Highly recommended

Lovely property. Enjoyed our time and stay in property. Plenty of room for family of 4. Easy to travel by car to parks and amenities. Useful also to be able to use tennis courts and gym.

Lovely spacious villa with Crystal clear pool and hot tub

Lovely villa with everything you can need for a home from home holiday. All furniture is modern and comfortable and property management are responsive to any problem s you may have. My only comments are that the bed linens could do with replacing and on reflection we would not pay to rent a gas barbecue as the quality was very poor and you could buy a new one from Wal-Mart for half the price.

Perfect in every way

The property is everything you could possibly need for you and your families visit to Florida. It is in a great location with the neighborhood being extremely quiet and very well kept properties and gardens. It is in close proximity to Disney, sea world and universal etc. The house itself is spotlessly clean and there is not one thing that we could suggest to improve it. The beds are extremely comfortable and the Xbox and sofa bed in the sitting room are an added bonus along with the games room, the pool and hot tub which are perfect for total relaxation. The house is not overlooked at the back which makes it very private and when we visit Florida again I have no reason to scroll through the thousands of villas for rental as we will definitely stay here, as it has everything we need for a very pleasurable and relaxing holiday. Our party was made up of me and my partner, my mum and my 15 year old son. Thank you for sharing your beautiful holiday home with us.

Very nice villa

The villa - A very nice villa with plenty of room. 3 nice bedrooms. The extra little room was really useful with a little baby as we could feed him his milk in there quietly to get him to sleep. Living space was very good and very clean on arrival. The Pool - We had the pool heated and the pool heat was very good. The pool itself looked a bit old but it caused no issues at all. Hot tub was a great extra. The only negative we had was communication with the agents. Email responses were slow. We had an issue out there with the front door key breaking which wasn't resolved very well and also had to wait over a month and chase up to get our security deposit back. Overall I'd say that communication was the only thing that let down a very nice villa.

Relaxing home after theme park craziness!

We really enjoyed our stay at this villa. The pool area was wonderful we had the sun all day (from about 9am until 8pm) and it was lovely and private. We found all the facilities worked fine. We had all the utensils and cooking equipment we needed (updated perhaps after reading older reviews). The children enjoyed the games room and the xbox! The swimming pool was a good size also. Disney was roughly 20 mins drive (depending on traffic) Universal 30 minutes drive. Publix supermarket 10 min drive. We would stay here again. The information pack could do with being updated and a list of nearest supermarkets would have helped us on our first day, after a 9 hour flight it would've made it a bit easier. We have never been to Orlando before but loved it and hope to be back soon :)

Property was lovely, we enjoyed the location and the pool. House was clean and comfortable. We had close access to Disney and surrounding areas.The only reason I rated this house 4 out of 5 is because of the hot-tub; unfortunately it was not very clean and had a layer of scum on it. I was disappointed as I have a bad back and was so looking forward to using it. I did use it about twice but that was it. Other than that the house was lovely and we enjoyed our time there. Suited our needs perfectly.

Hot tub got fixed at 8pm of the last night of our stay. House needs TLC. Pool table is a POS. I threw out your old rusty can opener and left you a new one that I bought from the store. There are better places to say.

this was a perfect home for our 2 week staythe place was lovely, pool was lovely, beds very comfortable, close to the disney parksour only disappointment was that the hot tub did not work for our whole stay at the house.we did notify management and was told we would get an answer back , but did not hear a thingotherwise a lovely place close to parks and shopping

We are 5 minutes away from the famous Champions Gate Golf complex, with over 30 other Golf Courses and Golf schools within a short drive from the villa, and we are just a few minutes away from the local amenities. At Tuscan Ridge you will be in the peace and quiet of rural Florida, Surrounded by Orange groves next to a forested conservation area, but only a short drive from the best attractions we are just a few minutes drive from Highway 192, so while we are conveniently close to Highway 192’s multitude of Shops, Restaurants and Attractions, we are also far enough away that we don’t suffer from the traffic, the noise, the traffic pollution and the crowds which are inevitably associated with Highway 192.
Finally, our Villa Pool's deck proposes a South West Facing exposition, which is the best, especially during winter and spring seasons
