The property was not as clean I would have liked. It needed some updating and a deep cleaning. Host was impossible to reach. I got a text stating we could extend the trip at 50 % off, we tried to contact the Host in text, email, phone had no luck. I would not book here again. If you don't care about cleanliness or getting in contact with host it would be ok.

We apologize if this comes across as petty or negative, but we just completed our 9-day stay and wanted to share our firsthand and honest experience in this unit. This was our 5th VRBO rental, and our least favorite to date. The unit looks good in pictures, but everything is cheap, as if IKEA and Walmart had a kid together. The house could use a deep cleaning (especially the rugs) lots of stains. The screens in the pool area are broken and wide open. Other issues are the downstairs shower (it does not drain properly) and pools very quickly. The toaster is awful (options are burnt or raw), Top rack of the dishwasher is broken (doesn’t pull out). The mattresses and pillow are (meh!) at best.Warning: The washer turned all our white clothes gray, and the dryer didn’t work properly (packed wet clothes) for the return trip home. Real safety issues that need immediate attention: The pool bathroom does not open from the inside (my son was stuck in there), and the lamps in the Mickey room have exposed wires (Do Not Use Them!!). We unplugged them. However, the worst part of the trip was us killing a half dozen cockroaches (not Florida Palmetto Bugs) but actual nesting roaches, my wife was grossed out all week. Since these are connecting townhouses, it could be an adjacent unit with the issue (but I would get on an extermination plan) immediately. We understand this is a rental unit, but these action items are going to keep reducing your future reviews, like ours. Sorry
