Rude service and would not use White Swan again
The villa was large and as described. Internally the only issue was the quality of the towels which were stained. These were taken away by management.
On arrival the pool deck and netting was fiflthy! Staff came to clean it the next day, after reporting this, they explainied how busy they had been! Not my concern although I feel I was gracious about this.
Around day 9 the pool was discoloured. The next day it was distinctively green. Again, we got in touch with management who explained the they needed an electrician to cange the board. We were without a pool for 4 days. No apology or explanation until we asked why it was still dirty. We were offered a 4 day refund for pool heat. We requested a refund for the inconvenience of not having a pool regardless of heating and that was when communication became very difficult. Emails were ignored. When repeatedly prompted we would get ignorant, abrupt and rude responses. I requested the owners contact details, which was refused. Lastly, weeks after returning home, i was asked to suggest a resolution! Enough was enough. This could have been such a fantastic holiday let, had we felt we had received value for money and decent customer service.
