Fantastic stay! Was pleasantly surprised that as a pet friendly rental you couldn’t tell because the place was very clean & well taken care of…immaculate if you will. Lots of room for 4 adults & a toddler. Top deck which we had was a lovely addition to be able to enjoy throughout the day. Location was great! You could see from the living room/dining area the channel. Made watching for boats fun & you could see & hear some seals/sea lions too! We could easily take a short leisurely walk to get to the Strand Beach which was nice & not crowded. Convenient location to grocery & other stores for necessities while staying there. Was also a quiet neighborhood considering so close to the beach/ocean. Met a few neighbors who were very nice too. Just a really good stay there. If possible & you’re thinking of visiting Oxnard we’d definitely recommend this particular rental or perhaps one of their others based on our visit." Bruce June 2025

Very comfortable and the attention to details were incomparable to any (vacation rental) I’ve ever stayed at. Fully stocked kitchen down to extras such as batteries.We enjoyed the location walking across the street to the beach. Cute eateries and a market close by. We didn’t need our car at all!I have never had a host that was so accommodating. I received a text the morning after we checked in to see how the night was and to ask if we needed anything. Amazing! "This little place is wonderful! It was very clean and welcoming! One of the best (vacation rentals) that we have stayed in to date. It was perfectly staged to welcome us with special touches. Rolled towels on each bed, fancy folded toilet paper, and a water bottle on each nightstand. It was one of the few options we had that was willing to accommodate our fur babies. A water bowl, towels and even leashes were set out for them! The house is free of clutter but included everything we needed for our stay…including a washer and dryer which was so nice! It was quiet, cozy and comfortable. The location felt safe and the view out the front windows is lovely. The communication and digital guide was perfect. The only disappointment was the overcast weather but that comes with the coast and is a risk you take. It was still beautiful and we loved our stay. Would highly recommend!! - Carolyn P. August 2024
