The condo is equipped with beach chair, play equipment and board games, ready for the whole family. The back patio has an older but very functional patio set and a propane BBQ. Great value

It was a good stay with good value but a little outdated and also far from Monterey and route 1 spots. The location listed was accurate so a lack of planning on my part. The unit is dated but the price is great value so overall great stay.

Cute but smaller then expected very cozy

Very cozy place there are some cute decorations on the walls and a few walls could use some help. Over all it’s a nice little place and could comfortably fit 4 people just steps from the stairs to the beach. The parking is located further away the. Beach just as it should be ;)
