We’re happy to hear that the location of your vacation home was convenient for both your children and grandparents. We’re sorry to learn about the poor lighting in the living area, but we truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Your comments have been shared with our maintenance team, who will reach out to the homeowner to discuss your concerns. If we have the pleasure of hosting you and your family again, we hope to better highlight our on-site maintenance and housekeeping teams, who are available to assist throughout your stay. We’re also glad to hear that our housekeeping team was able to accommodate you with a complimentary early check-in. Thank you for sharing your experience. Please note that we do have a full time maintenance and housekeeping team available and willing to assist if the issues had been brought to our attention during your stay. While we are not a 5 star luxury hotel, people do come to Pajaro Dunes Resort to experience the serene beach location and feel they are at their home away from home. Our vacation homes are all privately owned and shared with renters to enjoy as their own for a time. We find all feedback very important and will report the issues with our team to better improve our renters stay. We do have over 100 properties to choose from and hope you'll give us another try in the future.
