Offering an open living area, this spacious cottage can accommodate up to 6 guests comfortably. The living area features high-end, comfortable furnishings and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV with plenty of room for the whole family to sit back and relax. The kitchen has been updated with quartz counter tops, stainless appliances, and a breakfast bar that opens to the living room. The designated dining area features seating for six. A stunning sunroom is located just off the living area, offering additional lounge space with a TV and access to the outdoor deck.

Just off the kitchen and living area is the full laundry room with a high-end washer and dryer set, so that you never have to leave home for household chores.

The primary suite features a king bed, flatscreen TV, and large en-suite bathroom. The private bathroom offers a dual vanity, as well as a massive walk-in shower with two shower heads.

Both guest rooms offer queen beds and flatscreen TVs, one with a private full bath and the other with a full bath that connects to the living area.

The outdoor deck and exterior of the cottage is treated for Mosquito's March - October!

You’re an easy walk to the beach, a bike ride away from Freshfields Village, The Sanctuary Hotel, Night Heron Park and Kiawah Island’s world-class golf courses and tennis, and a short 40-minute drive to historic downtown Charleston.

Pool Access: Guests have access to the Duneside/Sparrow Pond Community Pool only (Apr-Oct). Please note this property has NO resort pool access.

Beach Access: Beach access is via Boardwalks 1 and 2.

Pet Policy: This property does not allow pets.

Parking: There is parking for up to 3 cars.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
