Perfect Get Away

This is a great location. The house was exactly as described. Everything worked perfectly. We will absolutely stay here again. Conveniently located via a short drive to plenty of shopping and attractions. The neighborhood was super quiet and safe.

Great house!

This was a lovely home in a quiet neighborhood. It was very clean and had all of the basic necessities for a comfortable stay. The pool and spa were also very well maintained and the patio furniture was in good repair. The property managers, Julie and David, were extraordinarily helpful, and gracious when my "concern" was simply user error. (oops :)) I would not hesitate to stay in this home again.

The property was very nice and we had a great time. The couple downsides were the pooling company came in the middle of the day and we had to get out of the pool. Our check out day was the next morning. The bedroom with the 2 twin beds had a ceiling fan that moved around like it was going to fly off the ceiling. Neither issues were a big deal but the pool cleaning was odd in the middle of the day on the last day of our stay.

Really liked the location and house layout. Neighbor is quiet and nice to walk. Gated community with nice homes. The property was recently renovated but still needs some additional maintenance, for example the blinds break easily and curtains would provide more privacy. The property managers David and Julie were great and responded quickly. The four stars on cleanliness is because the pool screen structure was dirty and my wife cleaned it versus looking at it. The main house was clean and all items appeared to be cleaned well. We would recommend this place but would encourage a little more investment by owner.

Just so any reader is aware, this home has been beautifully invested into recently and updated by the owner. The blinds are vertical blinds and by their very nature can break if treated roughly. We will pass the comment about curtains to the owner for her consideration. It is a shame that this guest saw fit to mark a star down as the pool cage was dirty as he was very clear in confirming that the property itself was very clean. The property is in Florida where we have frequent torrential rain storms. This can cause green algae/dirt to be washed up on the pool cages and for this reason, they are frequently jet washed to clean them up. Property managers will have checked this property prior to arrival and so I am sure that the pool cage presented as in good shape for the arrival and we encourage any guest to report concerns to property managers so that they can address them.

Love Tuscan Hills location

Enjoyed our stay in your lovely home. Perfect location for all things Disney and shopping outlets. Villa has everything you would need for a comfortable stay. We were staying when Hurricane Ian hit Florida and David and Julie from management company came to see us to give us guidance on what to do during the storm and to reassure us. Also telephoned us after to make sure we were ok.

Relaxing home

The home was in a gated quiet area! It was wonderful Youhave a private pool! For safety we would have appreciated a hand rail for entering and exiting the pool. The guidelines as a customer are clear however the guidelines for cleanliness of the floors before our arrival wasn’t the same standard! As a customer never fill the customers concern with excuses ! Always acknowledge and resolve never excuses!
