Tuscan Hills gives a hint of Tuscany as you are greeted by water fountains, topiary landscaping and villas with red tiled roofs. A central clubhouse as you enter the community has a gym, tennis court and volleyball court, and a play area to amuse the children.Tuscan Hills is located just off Highway 27 in Davenport, Florida and is only 15 minutes from Disneys main gate. Tuscan Hills is the ideal place for your dream Florida holiday as its within 30 minutes of all the Orlando theme parks, close to shops, supermarkets and lots of restaurants. If you fancy a day trip to the beach you have the Atlantic (Cocoa Beach) and Gulf Coast beaches (Clearwater) within about 60-80 minutes away. If your sport is Golf, then we are close to Champions gate, Reunion and Southern Dunes as well as several others. Note: Pool heating can be added to your booking for $35 per day if you wish.

Love Tuscan Hills location

Enjoyed our stay in your lovely home. Perfect location for all things Disney and shopping outlets. Villa has everything you would need for a comfortable stay. We were staying when Hurricane Ian hit Florida and David and Julie from management company came to see us to give us guidance on what to do during the storm and to reassure us. Also telephoned us after to make sure we were ok.

The property was very nice and we had a great time. The couple downsides were the pooling company came in the middle of the day and we had to get out of the pool. Our check out day was the next morning. The bedroom with the 2 twin beds had a ceiling fan that moved around like it was going to fly off the ceiling. Neither issues were a big deal but the pool cleaning was odd in the middle of the day on the last day of our stay.

Great house!

This was a lovely home in a quiet neighborhood. It was very clean and had all of the basic necessities for a comfortable stay. The pool and spa were also very well maintained and the patio furniture was in good repair. The property managers, Julie and David, were extraordinarily helpful, and gracious when my "concern" was simply user error. (oops :)) I would not hesitate to stay in this home again.
