Welcome to our apartment located on the fourth floor with lift, fully air-conditioned in a quiet area, you will find all the comforts, experience the French Riviera at its best in this completely renovated apartment, combining modern comfort and Art Deco charm from the 1920s–1930s. Ideal for 4 people, it has a bedroom with a double bed 140x190 and a very comfortable sofa bed 140X190, as well as a kitchen equipped to prepare your meals just like at home.

A few steps from the famous Place du Pin le Marais Niçois with the best restaurants, bars, cafes and attractions in Nice, with the direct tram from the airport — supermarkets, wine bars, bakery, and vibrant Nice life at the foot of the building.
Enjoy a sunny balcony and let yourself be seduced by the elegance and Mediterranean atmosphere of this unique apartment.

5min walk from Old Nice is the historic and picturesque district of the city with its
narrow streets and colourful buildings. It is also a very
sought-after and lively place. Restaurants, bars and shops await you with its famous ice cream parlours, and the Cours Saleya where you can enjoy the most beautiful market in Nice, not to mention the beach and the Promenade des Anglais.PGJyPg
Access to the accommodation from the airport is possible by tram in 25 minutes: take the
line n°2 towards Port Lympia its terminus and the apartment is located 200m from the stop.
The Nice-Riquier SNCF train station is 13 minutes away walking distance, allowing you to
visit Antibes, Cannes, Grasse, Monaco, Menton or Italy with the unique and famous Ventimiglia Market.
You can also come to Nice by car and park in the district
du Port or in one of the many public car parks, BUS 100m from the apartment to go to
Villefranche sur mer, Saint Jean cap ferrât, Beaulieu as well as Monaco.
Pier at the port by boat to go to Corsica, Cannes, Iles de Lérins, Saint Tropez for the day, 14min walk from Castel plage.

The host was very accommodating of my plane arrival time, and was very communicative with me throughout my stay. She is wonderful! The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos—beautiful, welcoming, and with modern amenities. Centrally located in the Old Port, it’s easy to get around Nice from the apartment. I highly recommend this listing for your trip to Nice!

Incroyable J'ai pris le tramway a mon arrivée a l'aéroport, il m'a déposé au terminus devant les bateau en 25 minutes...puis j'étais a 150 metres de l'appartement. Super facile de récupérer les clefs grace a peymane.L'appartement est neuf, il est magnifiquement meublé avec beaucoup de gout.Nous avons déjeuné sur le balcon, Le matelas est de qualité Tout les commerces, les bars branchés et les restaurants en bas de l'immeuble. La promenade des anglais, la plage, la mer, la collinne du chateau....tout se trouve a moins de 500 métres....Appartement parfait pour un sejour reussi a Nice.
