Great stay a few tiny little disappointments
Overall we had a great stay and enjoyed staying at this villa and yes would probably stay here again. But unfortunately there was a few little disappointments. When we arrived at the villa it had been cleaned and tidy but there was a used half bottle of water left on the side table next to the sofa. Also the electric recliner sofas where broken and foot rests where left in the up position in which could not be moved due to it being broken so was a little difficult to seat down and get up from the sofa. And also none of the tvs in the bedrooms were not working at first we managed to get them all working eventually except for one bedroom as the digital box kept saying error the problem was all the remote controls about 18 remote controls in total where all mixed up and all left in the living room so it was a case if trying to find which remote control went with each device. Also outside in the pool area this was left very untidy and messy and Clearly not been tided up and also some areas of the pool netting had been ripped. We reported all these issues on our 1st and day and the only thing that got repaired was the pool netting but not until our 12th day of our holiday. also on the 12th day of our holiday the pool had stated to go green and dirty in which we reported and this got sorted within hours on the same day. But it said in there welcome pack the pool gets cleaned once a week this was not the case and did not get cleaned at all during our 2 week vacation except for the time we reported this on our 12th day of our holiday. But as said apart from these little disappointments overall we had a nice time the villa was spacious and overall tidy I would say the cleaning is not the greatest. But would stay again in ideal location close to shops and restaurants and about 20-30 mins from Disney.
