Exclusive Executive Disney Villa with Large Pool Deck

Just a stones throw from the major attractions of Disney, Universal and Sea World lies our wonderful family villa recently built in 2005. You will benefit from a superb villa with all modern appliances finished to the highest specification. Along with a family sized swimming pool with jacuzzi spa a large pool deck which provides some shaded dining area well furnished with loungers and comfy seating and dining table.

The gated community of Mission Park offers security and is just minutes away from the new development area of Cagan's Crossing offering a wide variety of shops and restaurants very close by. Whether you like to golf, shop till you drop or visit the parks we are in the ideal location.

Our fully fitted kitchen which is open plan opens into an informal dining nook with a serve over counter ideal for informal lunches and breakfasts all crockery and utensils are supplied. The laundry facilities are hidden away in a large closet just off the main kitchen area. All bed linen and towels are supplied.

Our separate formal dining room seats 6 and looks over the front of the villa the table extends to seat 8 comfortably. The family room opens out through patio doors onto the deck and pool area two comfy sofas one which can convert into a bed if required and casual seating and high quality furniture. Entertainment is provided by cable TV, DVD player Play station or just relaxing to music.

Our Master bedroom has a king size bed cable TV, large walk-in closet and an ensuite with jacuzzi bath.

Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed again cable tv and is furnished to a high standard, the twin rooms have 2 twin beds in each room all have cable tv. The Mission Park community provides a community pool and a children's playground a short walk away.

Awesome place

We had a great time! Large home in a quiet neighborhood, in a less crowded area but close enough for all the attractions the area has to offer. Our children enjoyed the large private pool as well! Definitely 5 stars from us!

House was great equipped with everything you need for cooking ( even though we did none we could have) there was toys for the kids,pack and play for the baby,great pool, weather was perfect.Not that far from the attractions.Had a great vacation!would have been better if hurricane Milton hadn't delayed our departure from home by three Would definitely stay there again

Sheets were nasty with dog hair ! Called Jessica and she came to confront me that sheets were washed ! Obviously they not ! I had to show her stains on others bed sheets ! She was very rude about it and kept saying she had just washed them ! Master shower is full of mold ! The return looks as if it hasn’t been changed in months ! Black dust coming out of some of the vents on ceiling. One of the pillows on master bed looked as if came from a dog pin ! Showed her and again said she had just washed it ! If owner would like to see I have pictures !

Thank you so much for your review. I wanted to give some further clarification to the future guests and potential homes that you may rent from. As you stated you have your own airbnb property that you are a premium host. I received an email from you at 11pm and called as soon as i saw the message. I came up there at almost midnight to rectify the problems with the villa. I was met at the door with hostility as the lady didnt want to shake my hand or introduce herself to me and my daughter. I let her know that i had to take the sheets home and i do have dogs. There was one bed sheet with dog hairs on it, which obviously didnt come out in the washer. There was a single hair on the bed in the same room. The beding was changed and clean sheets were placed on the bed. The other twin beds were already stripped and brand new sheets from the packaging were put on the beds. In the queen bedroom i was told that it smells like wet dog so those were also changed. In the master bedroom 2 sets of sheets were not up to par but a flat sheet was. The offending pillow was taken away as there was another 6 king pillows. As i was in the living room talking with the guests i was asked how to heat up the pool. I reminded the guests of the email conversation we had about it costing additional $125 and was told that it should be given to them for free because of the inconvenience of the not up to standard bedding. I was screamed at and cussed at because i said they were trying to get something free

Amazing Home

This home was gorgeous, it was set up perfect! Alot better than expected for the price. The only thing was we sleep with our air at home at 62f and it only allows you to turn the air down to 72f so it was a little hot for us, but over all this house was amazing and so was the property manager. She also allowed us to get in early that was a huge help since we brove in from a little over 15 hrs. away through the night. It was equipped with everything you need. Will definitely be staying here again!

Great getaway!

Loved our stay! The house and pool were spotless, the mangement very responsive and accomodating. Will definately stay there again. Only "issue" we had was a little difficulty getting our child's wheelchair into the bedroom (awkward angle for a wheelchair) but we made it work. Only suggestion is an outdoor patio heater for chilly nights.

Family holiday

Villa was clean and extremely comfortable with really nice and interesting decor. Very spacious areas and everything you need for a family holiday. Pool and covered area next to it were well used with the grandkids loving the pool and the floats from the garage. And the adults loving the comfy loungers and the seats in the pool to cool down. The host Jessica was brilliant responding promptly to any questions and sorting out any issues.

Great Place to Stay

Overall the property was excellent for our needs. We were in town for a cheerleading competition at ESPN Wide World of Sports complex. The location is perfect for Disney activities a 30 min commute to the Disney complex. The house has everything you needed. Close to a grocery store and Walmart and gas stations. We had our parents who are in their late 60’s with minor mobility issues and the property was perfect. Would stay there again if in the area

Girls trip

We had a fabulous time! Beautiful house! Easy to get to! Loved the pool! Wish the heat could have been turned on but still really nice! The only negative was that the tvs in the bedrooms only had one channel to watch! The remotes didnt change the channels! Property manager was wonderful and very responsive! Wouls def stay here again!
