Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Positives: Condo was clean and provided all needed for an extended stay, The bed is comfortable. The grounds are absolutely wonderful. The rental team was extremely helpful. Feedback: Overall needs updating with regard to the living room couch and chair which were extremely uncomfortable. Some of the conveniences didn't seem to work like the toaster. Pots, pans glasses and utensils are mish mosh of old items. The sink disposal was noted with a myriad of things you could not be throw down the drain including soft items. Seems like it just needs to be replaced. The outdoor chair and small table was in need of replacing - an old tattered cushion was on one of them and fringes from the plastic wicker like material was constantly breaking off. This rental has potential to be so much more.
