Perfect vacation home for a family!

Absolutely loved the home! Clean, well taken care of. Plenty of room for our family of 6. The kids loved the pool, basketball game, darts, and ping pong table. We also came with 2 boats and 2 trucks with room to park off the street, which was a bonus for us. Would definitely stay again.

Property was wonderful. We took advantage of the pool, ping pong table and basketball games. House was very clean and the furniture was comfy. Loved that there were 3 bathrooms! Everyone had their own space. Highly recommended staying here!

We had a great 5-day family vacation! Plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy the house, game area & pool! The Vrbo listing is spot on with everything exactly as the pictures show. Our grandkids really enjoyed the pool - sometimes 3 times a day! - and the bunk room; they've never slept on bunkbeds before & had a great time 'whispering' after bedtime! Great washer/dryer, nice appliances & everything there for preparing meals. The neighborhood is nice & quiet without any night noise after 9pm. Great dining table with 8 chairs so we could all sit together for meals & game nights; plus 4 bar stools at the island so the kids could help with the meal making. Bedrooms & baths were nice sized & well-spaced apart so everyone had their privacy. The game area was a nice respite from the hot weather and the kids all learned to play ping pong and we all had fun! We would definitely stay again if we're back this way! Thanks for a great time!!

Don’t hesitate, Book it!

I was extremely lucky to get this place for the 4th of July weekend. Place was PERFECT for us 6 adults! Rooms were large and 3 full bathrooms was GREAT! Beds were comfortable, it was very clean, kitchen had everything and house was super stylish, AC was amazing in the 105 Havasu heat. Even with a boat we loved using the pool in evenings. Had a pontoon, truck and two jeeps fitting easily in driveway and communication with William was clear and very quick, he never left us waiting. Highly recommend for your next stay in Lake Havasu.
