We'd love to host you at our 9 bedroom home in the Retreat at Champions Gate Resort! The place is located in Davenport just minutes from Orlando's attraction destinations. We will make sure you enjoy the house as much as we do, from our private pool to the hidden Nemo room.

NOTE: Please only reserve if you are traveling for vacation, visiting family, or a mature adult. Not ideal for young groups looking to party.

We would love to invite you to enjoy our beautiful 9-bedroom home in the Retreat at Champions Gate Resort. This large home is in the City of Davenport, just minutes from Orlando's top attractions, including Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, ESPN Wide
World of Sports, and Sea World.

The home is beautifully furnished with impressive theme room decor and a large game room for hours of fun!

Relax with a refreshing dip in the pool and spa and enjoy everything this unique home, upscale community amenities and Central Florida has to offer.
We know you will enjoy this house as a perfect homebase to bring your family and group together for some fun and excitement in Orlando!

Pool heat can be added to your reservation at a nightly rate of $45 USD with a minimum of 3 consecutive days. Pool may take 24 hours to reach its set temperature and if paid in advance, we will turn heat on at least 24 hours prior to arrival. No refunds will be given due to incremental weather. Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This may cause a temporary shut-off of services automatically until the pump can regain its function efficiently.

Guest Access:
The Oasis Club at Champions Gate consists of a huge 9,500 sq. ft clubhouse with incredible amenities:
Movie Room, Games Room, Grille Room Restaurant, Fitness Center, Aerobics Room, Champions Gate Country Club golf course, full-service restaurant, beach volleyball courts, and Kids Club.

The resort community pools, lazy river, water-slide, indoor cabanas (rentals) with AC, and of course the tiki bar at the pool to cool down with a refreshing drink and meet new friends!

The Neighborhood:
Champions Gate is in an excellent location being only a 15-minute drive to Disney Parks and close proximity to plenty of restaurants, theme parks, highways, & shopping.

Only 25+ years old unless accompanied by a responsible adult
No parties or events
Only registered guests can stay overnight (must send list before Check-in)
The resort facilities are run by a third party. Availability of all resort facilities can be not guaranteed
Vehicles parked in violation of the parking rules are subject to immediate towing
