Enjoy the comforts of a private suite in an occupied home with separate entrance and side yard. House is located in South Anchorage with views of the Chugach Mountains and Turnagain Arm. A 15-minute drive from the airport and immediate access to the Seward Highway to take you south to Girdwood or north to Denali, wherever your travel adventures take you. One bedroom with ¾ bath and a half kitchen with an induction countertop electric burner. Fresh Alaskan coffee in K-cup or beans to grind to suit your taste. Kitchen area has all the amenities if you'd like to make a home-cooked meal. This suite is also the perfect set-up if you're just needing an overnight stay. Best place in Anchorage

This is a perfect place to stay no matter if it’s one night or a couple weeks. Easy to get to and has all the extras you could want. The owner is so friendly and accommodating. We try to stay here whenever we fly into Anchorage.

This place was excellent. We were greeted by Alison & Humphrey(dog). Walked inside & immediately felt at home. Lot’s of thoughtful extra items in all rooms - comfy recliners, throws, reading material, extra towels, lotion, fresher spray, coffee, foods, snacks, chocolates, extra comfy bed, beautiful linens, outdoor sitting area, etc. Location was perfect, quiet and easy access to everything. Definitely a great place & great host.

What a great place to stay! It was adorable, clean, felt safe and welcoming. There were so many little details that made it feel like home. Comfortable bed and recliners in the living room. Would absolutely stay here again! Alison was a wonderful host!

Stayed for 3 days and the place is easy to get to, easy check in and out process and very comfy inside. It has everything you need and is clean and well equipped. The host is great at communicating! I would gladly stay again.

Great stay close to Alyeska

We stayed for a couple nights while we skied in Alteska, lots of great restaurants and good recommendations. Roughly 1/2 hour to Alyeska stop if you're skiing this is a good place to stay.

Perfect location and great host.

This was perfect for our stay. Great amenities, well stocked with cooking supplies. The location was great for exploring all of nearby Alaska, specially going south towards Seward. Allison was an excellent host and was very flexible with a late checkout. We would 100% stay here again.

Great stay!

Perfect location in a quiet neighborhood but also close to the highway and south Anchorage shops. Super easy check-in and check-out. Very clean and an incredibly comfortable bed. Floor was a little squeaky upstairs, which caused me to wake up a couple times in the night but overall, a very pleasant stay. I would definitely stay here again!

My stay was excellent,my accommodations were very clean, the area was close to what I needed for my stay. What I like the best is the bed was very comfortable.
