Also, please be sure all dishes, utensils, and kitchen items are washed, cleaned and put away in their appropriate place.
Please leave the house in the same condition as it was at Check-In.

Why they chose this property

This property is located directly on the Currituck Sound overlooking various Outer Banks (OBX) towns. It is the perfect mix of beach and watertown. You can be to the beach in 15-20 minutes, golf in 5 minutes, winery in 5 minutes, and the water park in 10-15 minutes. It is the best of all worlds without being in the thick of the tourists in the OBX. Grandy is truly the most quaint place that I have frequented.
