Single-level fully furnished Mesa home with large landscaped yard and ocean views! Amazing location -- beaches, Elings Park, Douglas Family Preserve, and the Mesa shopping centers and restaurants are all within walking distance.

Located on a third of an acre with only one true neighbor. Lots of privacy! Beautiful garden, fully fenced (front and back), with multiple patios and terraces for outdoor dining and entertaining. Enjoy fruit trees, raised garden beds, BBQ, fire pit, and rinsing off after a day at the beach in the outdoor shower.

Bright and airy two bedroom, two bathroom home with mid-century modern furniture. Large bedrooms each with sliding doors leading out to the backyard. Master bedroom includes king size bed and an ensuite bathroom. Guest bedroom has the option to come furnished as pictured with twin trundle bed and crib. Living room includes vaulted ceilings and wood burning fireplace. Updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. Attached garage with washer and dryer. Off-street parking available in driveway. Please note that some of our personal belongings and our car are stored in the garage.
