Great house for big family stay

We had 17 people total ranging from the ages of 2-86 staying super comfortably in this house! It was so clean and relatively close in proximity to all major attractions. We all had a really great time! The customer service response time was also always incredibly prompt and courteous which is very much appreciated.

Great Property, accurate description

Overall a great property. Cleaning crew had missed a floor and there was broken glass in the kitchen but apart from that the property was great. Extended check in check out is almost impossible due to cleaning schedule between guests so dont expect it. Also the community is very strict about towing cars away.

Thank you so much for your feedback, and we’re glad to hear that, overall, you had a great experience at the property! We apologize for the small details that the cleaning crew missed, such as the floor and broken glass in the kitchen. While we conduct a thorough cleaning inspection before each guest's arrival, we’ll review these points with our team to ensure that these inconveniences don’t happen again. Regarding the extended check-in and check-out times, we understand the limitation due to the cleaning schedule, and we appreciate your understanding. Also, concerning the parking, the community has strict security and towing regulations to ensure that all vehicles are parked correctly. Thank you again for your constructive feedback, and we hope to host you again, providing an even better experience next time!
