Our guests LOVE our home and our IDEAL LOCATION (and so do we!). PRIVATE POOL with peaceful forest view, VERY close to DISNEY WORLD and SO MUCH MORE!!!

Our spacious townhome is nestled along a conservation forest in ENCANTADA RESORT, a beautiful GATED community that’s CLOSE to DISNEY WORLD, lots of SHOPPING OPTIONS, many great RESTAURANTS and other ATTRACTIONS of the Orlando area!

Our home has a PRIVATE FULLY SCREENED SOUTH FACING POOL and everything to enhance your stay, including:

• 4 SPACIOUS bedrooms: MASTER bedroom upstairs with KING bed and ENSUITE, 2 single beds in each of the other two upstairs bedrooms and a 2ND MASTER bedroom on the MAIN level with QUEEN bed and full bathroom (Jack & Jill bathroom). ALL bedrooms have TVs and laminate hardwood floors.

• WELL EQUIPPED KITCHEN so you can make everything from snacks to family dinners, including a blender, coffee maker, toaster, slow cooker, kettle, dishes, pots and pans, utensils, casserole dishes, and more.

• 55” 3D SMART TV in the living room

• FREE wifi, high speed internet and local calls & long distance calls to Canada & US

• PACK’N PLAY CRIB, HIGH CHAIR and BOOSTER SEAT that straps onto a chair – all FREE for the use of our guests with young children. We also have an umbrella stroller, infant bathtub and baby exersaucer – also FREE for our guests to use.

Our home is also an easy drive to UNIVERSAL STUDIOS, SEAWORLD, amazing shopping areas, including OUTLET MALLS, as well as many other Orlando area attractions!

Conveniently, there are four golf courses virtually across the street, less than 1 mile away at Orange Lake Resort, including 2 championship courses, an executive 9-hole course, and an Arnold Palmer designed par 3 course that’s lit for evening games!

Clean, nicely updated. Beds were comfortable. Pool was great. Patio needs a little work, cleaning and patio furniture is made out of pvc pipe. Great location. Owner very responsive.

The house was perfectly located. Easy to order food, grocery stores and shopping. Super easy, backway roads to Disney 👍 Zvi was very gracious and contacted me right away with answers to any questions I had. Pool was great. We would definitely stay here again!

Really great place

It was all very nice. Perfect size for 5 adults and 2 kids. Loved that the stove had an air fryer setting, so great for quick eats for the kids. Pool at the house was very nice, but we mostly used the big pool and hot tubs at the main building. It was great to be so close to it! Really was very close to all the parks, easy to get in and out. outitbuilding.

Townhouse in Disney area

Staying at the townhouse was great. The location was very close to Disney and about 30 minutes from Universal. The house was clean and had all the conveniences we needed including a washer and dryer. We spent most of the time at the parks but the resort seemed nice too. Zvi was very responsive by text to all concerns.

Great Encantada Resort stay

Property was very clean upon arrival and in a great location veyr near the clubhouse, pools and playground. We liked the fact that the property overlooked a wooded area in the back and an expansive grassy area on the side making it very private. Pool was well maintained. All of the kitchen appliances have been updated with stainless steel good quality double refrigerator, glass cooktop stove, large over stove microwave and dishwasher. Owner was quick to respond to our questions. We'd definitely stay in this unit again.

Great Stay

We were looking for a place to just relax. This townhouse and location were perfect for us. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Communication with the owners was very prompt and helpful. Check in directions made everything easy. The first day, there was a problem with the base of the outside umbrella. We got in touch with the property managers and they were there in only a few hours with a new base. We would definitely like to stay again.

Best way to stay in Orlando

I will gladly skip the early park admission for a rental like this with 4 bedrooms, 3 baths & a private pool. The resort grounds were fun, kids loved the "big pool" and the owners made things super easy from booking to during our stay to check out. We came for the Cheer Summit, the ESPN WWS complex was close as was tons of local eateries & hot spots and the parks were no problem - and we have stayed at park resorts before. If you are a family larger than 4 total this is a no brainer. We will return.

We have rented many homes across Canada and US and this villa is by far one of our favorites. Wonderful location, great owners who were extremely helpful,pleasant to work with and quick in their replies from the moment we first inquired about the property. Home was very clean, well maintained, adequately stocked with everything needed for a restful and comfortable stay. Quiet area and staff at club house friendly and attentive. Can find nothing negative to say and would definately rent again and recommend to anyone visiting the Disney area with a vehicle.

Perfect place for our family

After a few busy days at Disney, we stayed here for a few days to relax and it was perfect! The house was nice and clean. Our younger children loved having the pool in the backyard. It was quiet and felt secluded, so we were able to rest out there too. Our older kids enjoyed swimming in the community pool conveniently located across the street. We had a slight hiccup when we arrived as my door code didn't work. I called the owners and even though it was after 10:30 PM, they called me back right away. Within minutes, we were in the house. Everything about out stay was perfect and if we ever travel back to Orlando again, we'll be sure to stay here!

I would stay again

Overall our stay was great and we would book with them again. Owners were easy to deal with no problems, quick responses. The battery in the door keypad had died, we called maintenance, they answered right away and had the issue fixed quickly. We have stayed at the Encantada many times this was a new location, there were a few cosmetic things with the house, but really didn't bother us. The price was good and the location was close to clubhouse amenities.

The property is very well kept and has become our home away from home. The location is away from the hussle and bussle of Disney however close enough to get to in a short length of time. The public pools are well kept as well as quiet and friendly. Maintenance staff are eager to please whenever needed.

Fun in the Sun

The owners were very tentative to any of my inquiries and questions before our trip. Instructions to enter the gate and house were very clear and then there was a detailed book of additional information inside the town house. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and openness. The bedrooms were very big, we were able to make use of the closets and drawers for our clothes. The owners really pay a lot of attention to detail of extras, like a basket for keys, extra pillows, coffee makers, even toothbrush holders and more. The pool was so nice to use at the end of a long day at the parks or if you wanted to just have a pool day. The resort pool was great too, and the playground is just across the street. There is ample parking as we had two vehicles, and it was very quiet. It is close to all amenities as well as all the parks, I would highly recommend staying here.

We have just returned from Orlando after an eleven night stay at Zvi and Howard's wonderful villa. The accommodation was excellent with everything you could possibly need and helpful basics of cleaning equipment etc. All rooms were immaculate and extremely comfortable - the master bed was fab and we are still missing it now! The villa pool was lovely and our boys had lots of fun in it every morning. The club house was also very good and the pools very clean and well looked after. We had an excellent time and would definitely return here if we come back to Orlando and would recommend this accommodation to all our friends. Our thanks to Zvi & Howard for assisting us to have a woderful stay in Orlando.
