Unfortunately, some people aren't happy with anything. We have hundreds of 5 star stays online. As described, this unit has two queen beds and an air mattress. With one adult and four kids, it seems he should've had plenty of space, though all the information was available and it was his choice to book his family in the space given. We have larger units as well that he could've easily booked.
