My family and I very much enjoyed our stay here. They had all of the basics that we needed, very comfortable and clean space! We would definitely consider staying again and the hosts were very communicative tending to our stay.

This property has potential to be a five-star.The owner has made wonderful renovations, including hardwood flooring, tile accents, wood-block countertops, comfortable beds, and high-speed internet.Easy and inexpensive changes could improve the property:- Update the VBRO property description to indicate the unit is on the second floor with fifteen steps.- Correct the incomplete and inaccurate keypad/lock instructions for the front door.- Periodically check and change the batteries in the lock keypad to avoid inconveniencing renters.- Replace the red sculpted chaise lounge with a more functional piece of furniture.- Inspect and replace objects prone to rapid deterioration, like nonstick fry pans and plastic cutting boards.- Ensure the cleaning crew cleans the unit thoroughly, including the ceiling fan, curtain rods, window shades, bathroom ventilation fan, etc.- Stock typical short-term rental items, such as a coffee scoop spoon, coffee filters, a tablespoon measure, measuring cups, facial tissues, paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, and dishwashing liquid.These changes will ensure the apartment meets renters’ expectations and reduce future rental issues.
