This was the perfect little house for a weekend away. A great location on the river . Very quiet and beautiful area. It was an easy drive into town. The house was very well set up and we really enjoyed our stay!

The house was amazing. It was decorated perfectly and sat beside a stream my son could fish in. It was far enough out of town, but yet close. Highly recommend this property for anyone who needs to get away from it all.

Absolutely beautiful home! Convenient to App state. Close to a sweet little winery- Mill Camp wines and ciders- lovely place to spend an afternoon. We thoroughly enjoyed the deck with a view of the horses just beyond the river. The home is well stocked, has everything you need, many thoughtful details. We will definitely be back!

The home was spotless, beautiful, and perfect! Sitting outside on the deck you hear the running water, see the peaceful countryside, watch a couple horses across the way…no noise, no traffic, but so close to Boone. Better than 5 stars!
