Welcome to your ultimate getaway in Winter Haven! This stunning 5,500 sq. ft. lakeside home offers 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and an unbeatable blend of relaxation and fun.

The Space:

Bedrooms & Bathrooms: Three bedrooms on the first floor, including a poolside bathroom with a walk-in accessible shower, and two more bedrooms upstairs.

Dining & Cooking: Grill on the pool deck or cook in the fully stocked kitchen, then gather at the oversized indoor dining table. Enjoy your morning coffee on the serene lanai.

Game Room: Unwind with pool, darts, card games, board games, puzzles, or the vintage pinball machine.

Relaxation Zone: Browse the upstairs library or simply sit back with a good book.

Pool Perks: Float the day away in the private pool, with optional heating available for an additional charge. Please let us know at least 24 hours before check-in if you are interested in heating the pool during your stay. The pool is not heated however we offer this amenity for an additional charge. Please message us at least 24 hours before check-in if you are interested in heating the pool during your stay. Due to the high cost of propane, this can be quite expensive.

Lakefront Lifestyle: Fish from the dock, paddle the lake with provided kayaks, or gather for a cozy bonfire by the water.

The Lake House was just perfect for our get together of first cousins. The house is very spacious and gives everyone their own space. There are large windows with lots of light and a beautiful lake view. To sit out around the pool feels like an oasis of water, lawn and lake. We had a wonderful time and would definitely choose this VRBO again. Doug and Jenny are great hosts and responded very quickly to all of our questions.

Great location!

House is big enough for the whole family! Renters communicate well. The listing may need to be updated a bit for accuracy and the cleaning staff could probably do a better job, but overall we had a great time.

WE HAD AN AWESOME TIME. THE HOUSE WAS BEAUTIFUL, WELL MAINTAINED. PERFECT FOR LARGE FAMILY GATHERINGS. WE COULD KAYAK RIGHT FROM THE PROPERTY AND THERE WAS A DOCK FOR A PONTOON BOAT THAT WE WERE ABLE TO RENT NEARBY. THE HOSTS WERE VERY RESPONSIVE TO ANY QUESTIONS. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE FOR A FAMILY GATHERING. MANY STORES WITHIN 10 MINUTES INCLUDING PUBLIX, WALMART AND STARBUCKS AND MANY RESTAURANTS. GREAT LOCATION. I WOULD DEFINITELY RENT AGAIN.

Living like a rock star!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Plenty space for everyone and a gorgeous view of the lake. My grandkids enjoyed the pool and kayaking in the lake. The owner was very responsive. A storm knocked out the internet during our stay and Eric had a technician on site within a few hours to repair it.

Best Lake House

We have enjoyed our stay at this house every year for the past 8 years. The house accommodates so many with its spacious floor plan. The new covered lania section is perfect for the afternoon and protection from the sun. We enjoy the convience of local bars close by on other lakes as well as Legoland. This house is perfect for our family.

Rodents are a yucky part of nature. Unless the garbage carts were overfilled the lid on the garbage carts should keep them in “nature”, right?

In town for youth basketball tournament

This house was the perfect fit for our three families each with 3 to 4 children. The pool was nice for kids and adults. We had fun on the lake kayaking and fishing. The house had extra towels and plenty of extra blankets. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed including seasoning. If we are in the area in the future, we will be booking this house again.

Perfect Family Getaway

This house was perfect for our trip to Legoland! We had 6 adults and 3 children in our group. However, each family had their own space… and bathroom! The house was clean and the distance to Legoland was perfect. The house was also near lots of places to eat and shop. Best of all, it was such a treat to get back from a hot day at the theme park and jump in the pool. The view of the lake was also quite beautiful. The owners were flexible, kind, and very responsive. I would definitely book this property again!

Nothing Short of Amazing

This was by far the best experience we have had on a vacation rental. The communication/response was always immediate and the owners couldn’t have been more pleasant and accommodating. The home is AMAZING and this is one instance where the pictures do not do it justice. Our kids loved it and enjoyed telling all their friends about the mansion we stayed at. The dock was perfect for us to have our boat at and the water is amazingly clear. We had a blast spending the days on the lakes. If you are looking for a house on the lake with access to all of the Chain with your boat, or just a house to sit and enjoy the view and read a book. LOOK NO FURTHER!!

Eric and Dee, thank you so much for letting us stay in your beautiful lake house. The house is amazing. There is so much space and excellent facilities. The piano was used daily and the beautiful outdoor pool. The TV channels were excellent for the boys who wanted to watch the UK premiership football games! Your neighbours were lovely and very friendly as was John, your pool guy. The view to the lake was stunning and the peaceful location was simply beautiful. This is the best place we have ever stayed and we were all sad to leave. We hope we can visit again.

Our names are Doug and Jenny Peshina and we are a couple of water-skiers from Ohio who are thrilled to own this beautiful home in Winter Haven! We have been spending time in this area for years taking our kids to the local ski schools and fell in love with the community and this property.

Why they chose this property

We want families and friends to enjoy everything this house and the beautiful chain of lakes area has to offer!

The house is laid out perfectly to accommodate groups of varying sizes and guests of all ages. The spacious bedrooms are all on one side of the house with the common areas, kitchen, and game room/pool table on the other side. This allows for people to sleep in peace while others can hang out and have fun without disturbing anyone. The pool and pool deck are set up for everyone to enjoy the Florida sunshine!

From the game room, there is access to the large pool through a bathroom with a wheelchair accessible shower and open vanity. The upstairs guests have direct access to the pool as well.

Down by the lake, there is a fire pit and sandy beach area where families can swim or sit and enjoy the view of water-skiers, fisherman, and various wildlife. We appreciate your patience as we work to fix up the dock.

What makes this property unique

The upstairs double-loft serves as a card playing area, exercise or dance area, the best place to watch the party below and, across the bridge, an office and library with an extensive collection of books. Both lofts have a great view of the pool and lake activities as well as the front drive.

Our lakefront has been kept more natural than most. Enjoy the presence of otters, ducks, gallinules, herons and other wildlife that exists in our area. There is a small beach area that allows a clear access to the lake for both swimming, fishing and water skiing.

*Note: We have security cameras monitoring exterior entrances to the property.
