Breezy and peaceful, Villa Soleada is a tastefully updated Spanish home with a sparkling private pool and sunny cabana just minutes from a sandy beach and the diverse restaurants of Xábia. Enjoy the sunsets over the valley as you make memories in your home away from home.
The villa offers a breezy and bright sunroom, a comfortable and tastefully decorated living area, family dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. There are two bedrooms (double beds) and a full bath along the hall and the primary bedroom (queen bed) with attached full bath.
The villa boasts a large poolside cabana with a spacious dining table and kitchenette including mini fridge, sink, and grill.
There is covered gated parking available on the premises for one car. Guests have use of the villa, pool, and gardens.
Use of a ground floor apartment, reached by private entrance, is available for an additional cost. It has a living area, full bath, large bedroom (queen bed), and a smaller bedroom (bunkbed). We do not rent the ground floor apartment separately and there are no other guests on the property.
