The home was nice and well maintained. Bring pool towels, they dont supply. We had an issue with the pool heat! While Top Villas was responsive the property management team was mot! They came and inspected the unit 3 days later but did not fix it. There was no communication on what occurred. We could not enjoy the pool in the evenings because it was too cold!

Hi Quetzy, Thank you for your review and we are very sorry about the pool heat issue your encountered. We worked very hard to have the property manager resolve this for you and regret it took longer than it should. We would like to offer you a discount for a return stay, so please feel free to reach out. The pool heat is now functioning as it should. Wishing you all the best, Lydia
